  1. Of course. Please let us know 🙂
  2. There would be no way of doing that. However have you got an example of this? It actually sounds like it may be a bug
  3. You can indeed remove those. If you go to Community->Forums->Settings within your admin CP, you will see this under topic settings. It's the "Show large time gaps between posts"
  4. This is part of our new upcoming features on the platform
  5. The main list is a list of items you have been notified about. The dropdown is the notification itself.
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. I am on your test instance at present, but its not clear where you are actually getting that link from? Is this the link on the main forum page?
  8. IIS will not be using htaccess, and I suspect thats your issue there. We would very much recommend against using IIS for your server
  9. As mentioned. One is notifications, the other is the item itself. They are 2 different things you are looking at
  10. It would only show cancelled there if the product is cancelled. They have cancelled their payment method, not the product. If its then not paid, it would expire. These are 2 different things. Payments are not the purchases themselves. A user could (for example) cancel a payment method, and when an invoice is sent at the end of the period, set up a new one. If it cancelled the product, they would not have that option
  11. The issue is that wherever you are pasting from, it has a height set, as you can see in the image below. You would need to remove those, or check the checkbox to preserve its aspect ratio
  12. There is no way in which to disable the available update flag if there is an update available on the update location set by the author. You would need to contact the author for a custom version of that product that does not point to the update
  13. Glad to hear you found it 🙂
  14. Please update your browser and then clear cache. There was apparently a browser update that went out that broke popup menus on quite a few sites. It sounds like you are experiencing the same issue there
  15. As mentioned by teraßyte above, this has been seen to be being caused by the 3rd party application radical tags, which you do indeed have installed there. Please disable this and test again. It should resolve for you
  16. Thank you for returning with your comments there. This has also been being seen in firefox, so seems all the major browsers have tried to update something and broke everything LOL. All good fun 🙂 Glad you managed to get yourself sorted in any case
  17. Sorry to hear you are having issues there. I would suspect here that the issue is indeed related to your database details that have been entered. If you go to your admin location, you are getting the message "Permission denied".
  18. Ah, it sounds like they disabled more than they should
  19. You see that menu at the bottom of the page once you select one or more topic
  20. We would not provide support for manual data changes, and even if you change them there, you would certainly be switching off the acceptance of people who havent accepted it
  21. I have created a ticket for you so that we can get this looked into. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  22. Yes, that would be correct
  23. There is no way in which to reverse that action unfortunately.
  24. No problem. Good luck with your customisation
