  1. Glad to hear you got things sorted there
  2. You could use the following recovery method to try and disable the item https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  3. Ah, the ftp details were missing previously and are now showing. Unfortunately, the issue here is is the software cannot write to folders on your new server. Is this using suPHP or suExec?
  4. We would need all access details to be populated there.
  5. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. You would need to contact the author of that item. This is being caused by a steam plugin that is in use
  7. You mention everything seems to work there, however you have an issue item in the top left of your screenshot. I would suggest attending to that first of all
  8. Glad to hear that sorted the issue for you
  9. Unfortunately the issue there is within your custom theme. The issue is quite likely in your edited responsive.css template.
  10. I have got this into a ticket for you, so we can discuss further
  11. Its something you would need to bring up with them. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with 3rd party applications
  12. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support with 3rd party storage methods. Our software has only been internally tested with the s3 storage method it was designed for. Anything outside of that would need to be fully tested, and if problems occur, reverted to previous state.
  13. Its only set to open when you click on edit from the admin CP. It doesnt open that way when visited from the front end using a normal link. The reason it opens that way from the admin CP is that the intention of that button is to edit the page
  14. Its very likely an issue with permissions on that file. Please delete all files from your datastore folder, other than the index.php file, and see if that makes any difference. However it does need to be noted, we do not provide support for sites hosted on IIS unfortunately.
  15. As mentioned above, you cannot delete the group which is the default member group when someone registers. The reason for this is if we allowed you to do so, the system would not know what group in which to place a newly registered member. Therefore you need to change the member_group item mentioned above, or rename that group to whatever you wish it to be, rather than deleting it.
  16. I see this has now been done for you. Please let us know if you require any further assistance.
  17. I have added a hidden item here with the username in question. Please let us know here once you have updated access details on file, rather than letting us know on PM. 🙂
  18. It would indicate the application is either offline, of they dont have permission to one of its modules. Do you have the name of the member so we can take a look? As you are self hosted, we would also need admin access to be populated from within your client area too. Please let us know once you have provided that
  19. You may find the following helpful. We would suggest using cron if possible
  20. It looks like you have 2 ads set up there. One set to show on all views, and one set only to show on tablet. If that isnt the case, please update access details on file, and I can take a look for you
  21. You would need to speak to the ad publisher if you are not using our ad placement locations, yes
  22. Glad to hear you have what you need there 🙂
  23. Just to note, if you know passwords have been found out, you should really force all users to update their passwords
