  2. As mentioned above, you need to do that within the orders section on the community here, not within the marketplace in your admin CP. We are aware of this
  3. That is correct. The product must be renewed in order to show up in the marketplace for you correctly.

  5. The iCal feed doesnt actually send anything at all. Its read from by the reader.

  7. Im not sure why the upgrade has done this, however if you recount, it does indeed count it correctly to 0. I see you set it to 2 so I have set this back to 2 again for you. All I can suggestion is letting us know if you see this happen at any point in the future
  8. There is no built it function to automatically bold all topic named and board sections. You would need to alter your theme to do this
  9. Sorry, I was a little confused here on the order of things. I assumed it was the items being removed on our end was the issue. You would need to contact google if its not actually being removed from their end when using our ical feed. If you have removed it our end, its no longer present. We have no control over it after that point.

  11. Have you tried running analyse on that table first of all? You dont really need to be looking for full text if that resolves the problem

  14. There is no way in which to do that without modification to your theme unfortunately.
  15. If you are experiencing issues like that, a rebuild is not what will be causing you problems. Could you please provide me with an example like? Also, please check your server error logs, as a white page would indicate you have issues which are being logged there

  19. It will have likely simply taken time for it to do given that there were so many present. Has this now been resolved?
  20. There is no other way in which to delete posts at present unfortunately. I can tag our developers to see if they have any further comments, but unfortunately if you have a topic which is that large in size, it is going to keep moving about pages until everything is deleted.
  21. This comment is actually incorrect. I'm assuming you may have missed one of the comments above there, as my colleague did actually say specifically above a few times.
