  3. Approval in what way? Is this approval to be a member, or the content itself? If the content itself, it may be being caught in other areas. If you can give an example, I can advise
  4. If users are getting banned when they post something, it can only be because the user is being removed by a member of staff. On registration, it can be being done automatically, if you have the spam service setting set to do so (See the guide above)
  5. This changed quite some time ago. You would require customisation in order to move that to where it was previously
  6. It shouldn't actually be switching anything to a different default app on updates, so something seems to have gone wrong there unfortunately. Glad to see you sorted the issue in any case
  7. If the only thing that you are doing is that simple moderation, then yes you could indeed use that.
  8. We have had information from another user, its being caused by this setting on samsung phones. Those turning it off have seen the problem stop Samsung Keyboard>More Typing Options>Enhanced accuracy (labs)
  9. With how hard facebook tend to make it to integrate these days, you would be surprised how many choose just that option. You would need to see which one of the terms they believe it violates first of all, and t hen work from there
  10. Main thing to make sure of is your promotion rule applies only to your members group. As long as you make sure of that, the worst that can happen is there are the wrong people between those 2 groups, and you could always just move them back
  11. Thats the way you would set them up, so you would certainly have to follow that somewhat if you want to get to the point its promoting accordingly
  12. We can change the group your members start in if needed. What I would generally suggest however, is instead of doing it that way, do it this way 1 - Copy your members group 2 - Set up the promotion rules 3 - Rename the original group to Newly Registered and just let the system promote your current members If you want to move them quicker, you can also just bulk move everyone to the new group if needed, So step 4 and 5 would be 4- Search members in Newly registered (and other criteria if needed) 5 - Mass move to Members group
  13. It's the email address you used when you created the install you would then need to add, as that would be the admin account
  14. You reset the password using the "forgot my password" link on the front end of the site, when you have the front end login handler enabled instead of the wordpress plugin you have. The problem at the moment is you cant get to that link because the 3rd party plugin is overriding that link.

  18. You would edit the forum in question, and go to the "Display settings" tab. On there you will see "Enable solved" 🙂
  19. Pages you would need to use default templates to check yourself, as the support tool would not revert those
