  1. You can rate an entry (a person in your case) only once. Once you have reviewed them, you have reviewed them. There is no way in which to allow more than one review.

  7. If you are referring to a customer theme here, I can only suggest checking on against a default unaltered theme. There is no list anywhere as such, which is what you are looking for

As mentioned in many areas, we will be concentrating more on the community side of things. There are many support products out there that people can choose to use if required.   9. Its not clear what you mean here. Are you referring to the email validation or something else? If it's the email validation, type contact into the search bar at the top of your admin CP, then click on contact us first in the list 🙂
  10. If it was working before, I would check your hosting company hasn't changed or updated. Before doing that though, go to your Admin CP, go to Support and select clear cache. See if its simply a cache issue

  16. This is something we are currently aware of, and will have resolved as soon as possible
  17. We have taken a look at this, and currently this is working as intended. If the height and width defined for the the image in the editor source does not match the detected natural height and width by the editor, then the box will not be checked. This said however, there may be some odd aspect ratios that are causing a problem in ckeditor code itself. This is something we will revisit if its occuring still in version 5.
