Thank you for your feedback on the commerce section of our product. While I understand you wish to see changes in the product, this isn't something you will see happen overnight. Change takes time, and we have said in quite a few places that the commerce product as a whole is undergoing change. In the first instance, items are indeed deprecated that we no longer see as being part of our overall goal for the commerce area of our product. These, as I'm sure you are aware, are the support items, and physical product items. This is the first step in change to the product and is important information for us to get out to our existing customers first and foremost. (Some will of course want time to prepare for these items). The design is something in which you have focused on quite heavily there. As you have seen from the last few blog entries, the quite as a whole is undergoing quite a redesign. This includes all areas of the suite. However, there will always be areas in which you may want to customise to suite your individual needs. This is not to say improvement can't be made, of course. I'm sure you have seen, we have been posting may blogs of late, on upcoming changes within the product as a whole. But it's important to note that change takes time, and we are moving much much faster than most in this respect. There will be blogs about many other items to come over the coming months (there have been 5 this month already) In terms of feature suggestions, I feel this part does need addressing here. We have many areas of feedback and suggestions, both on the community here, and much much more besides. Its important that we pull this information together and choose a general direction for our product as a whole. Therefore not all suggestions will make it to a final product, and those that do may not do so in the exact manner suggested.

Its actually a PHP bug. We have worked around this in the next upcoming release

As mentioned by my colleague above, they also consider duplicate meta tags to be bad SEO

The time comes from the server. We would have no documentation to tell your hosting company how to check this correctly unfortunately. If you run "SELECT NOW()" on your mysql instance, I suspect that will show an incorrect time

This is not something we have planned at present, so there would be no ETA

If you still have lots of errors, it may be. It also may simply be server setup. I would advise on trying the beta if this is causing you problems

Please provide an example user, the name of the club that isnt showing, and step by step how to reproduce this, as it sounds like you are referring to a bug whereby its showing sometimes and not others. I would be interested to know where you read this, so I can clarify

This is not being planned at present, however its worth pointing out recently used ones are actually shown at the top

Once we are happy there are no issues in the betas 🙂 There wouldnt be a specific date for that, but its not usually very long after the betas

There seems to be some real confusion over combined fluid view there. You cannot have the clubs show under it, as they are not under that forum, they are in the club. These are 2 different areas of your site. You can use fluid view on the site as a whole, which may be what you are looking for. That would be done from Community->Forums->Settings, and not from under an individual forum. From what you are describing, if you are only using forums in clubs, and for no other reason than categorisation, I would be using forums and subforums.

Captcha doesnt actually appear to be switched on for that community. I would however suggest ensuring you have invisible recaptcha switched on for your key on the recaptcha site, as what you are seeing here is usually a result of it not being. The other site, it appears to be showing up fine. Its worth noting, you may actually be better with hCaptcha, which is more effective

There is no such thing as a 'slow mode' you refer to there, no.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

The URL shouldnt actually work for them in any case if permissions are removed. I cans ee its showing items that were cached (which they would have seen anyway), but when I open on another browser for example, it no longer shows anythign at all.

Please ensure you are posting one item per topic. As mentioned by Opentype above, pages database items have rating. You would need to ensure they are switched on within your database settings

This is highly unlikely to be seen in version 4. Anything which is added to version 5, we will of course blog about in due time 🙂

While it remains the same, it will not have the same permissions. It will have the permissions of that member.

The only way around that would be not to expire renewal invoices, so they can always pay the renewal from their client area. I cant see any other way around that unfortunately

Its all access details on file in your client area. At present I cannot get to your admin CP

If you are looking to only show items to certain groups, the only way to do this would be by using renewable product, rather than subscriptions.
