  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Every group will be ticked on module permissions by default. General permissions for areas will then be defined by other areas. So mod CP for example shows if you are a moderator. Module permissions are really meant for if you want to switch an area off as if it doesnt exist for a group at all.
  3. You can set the cover photo, which is what is shown there. Otherwise it will show the last image uploaded
  4. Items do not show once they are active, as they are no longer "Upcoming". In NZ, they were indeed no longer upcoming events. In terms of the other 2, that doesnt look correct if you had it set to 3 days, but you mention you have now changed the date period. Please let us know if you see that again and we can take a look, but dont change the settings so we can take a look at the issue
  5. As was already mentioned in the post you mention from 2020, it is a large change that requires a major change in the platform. v5 is that major change, and even with that, we are having to move it part by part. While I understand you want this to change over night, its going to take time.
  6. Do you have any external caching running at all that may be influencing this? If so, could you please disable and let us know if this resolves the issue?
  7. It does that 😄
  8. Ah, not a problem. In the context, it looked like you were saying you had sent it 10x lol Glad to see that resolved the problem 🙂
  9. That forum is contained within another forum above it, of which has no permission to view for guests. So they cannot see anything within Im not sure where you believe you had sent the pm 10 times there. I have received only one.
  10. Please provide the name of the forum you believe they should be able to see, and I can then take a look for you
  11. Then you would set the permissions on every forum not to allow viewing of the content
  12. Limiting to see only one category would be a case of limiting permission on forums. On the other, are you referring to the contact form?
  13. Take a look at module permissions, which will allow you to block guests from viewing profiles In terms of getting guests to register, I guess thats the game of running a community and what we all ask ourselves when running them. Have you added the guest block? You could add information into there to try and encourage registrations
  14. Note they cannot remove items that are attached to content
  15. Glad to hear you managed to get that resolved 🙂
  16. Ive just taken a look at that fr you, and that was resent also 🙂
  17. No problem 🙂
  18. If you are missing tables from your backups, you are going to have more issues than just the error message. I would advise on doing another backup from the original source, and trying again. That actually looks to be an old table too. Are you migrating an old platform?
  19. Have you actively checked to see if that table exists?
  20. Please go to System>Site Features>Applications, disable any application, then enable it again. Once you have done this, please check again to see if this resolves the issue
  21. This is then what is causing your issue. Your site does not currently have 4.7.15 files if it's the one on file you are referring to. You can update manually by uploading a fresh set of files from your client area, and then visiting /admin/upgrade
  22. Could these possibly be archived items, before I get in there and take a look?
  23. You are actually on quite an older version there, so the first thing I would advise doing is upgrading the site to the latest release.
