  1. You would need to ask them really. All I can tell you is we do not call the old API
  2. Sorry, Im a little confused. If you have only one category, then there is only one set of permission to use, which are the ones on the main database
  3. I feel you misread what I wrote there. I said you should be employing someone to assist 'if' you are unsure
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. No, as I mentioned you need 8.1. I would advise if you are unsure, you employ someone who can assist you with the upgrade there really
  6. This is not the case, as you have said yourself there. Its happening on the main site as well, so it isnt related to PWA. The fact you see it on there more pronounced is due to the way devices load it. So the speed resolutions will solve both
  7. To clarify there, not specifically just with PWA then? Is that correct?
  8. This is not something available within the software at the present time, assuming you are referring to when you create a topic itself
  9. Not at present. I have however moved your topic to our feedback forum
  10. If you have uploaded everything and the files arent present but present in the zip, you havent uploaded everything
  11. Yes, they will be missing as you havent yet uploaded them.
  12. This is indeed correct. I would suggest having a look through the provider directory to see if there is someone you can perhaps employ to assist with this if you are having issues. https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  13. We switched from legacy API use from stripe quite some time ago
  14. Of course the theme as a whole is more lightweight on version 5, so I would certainly expect it to be more responsive. I would say however, if its not actually opening thats very likely to be the device rather than the site. To check this, please check the site on a browser
  15. Are you 100% sure of that? There are no lists anywhere where someone has used the same username? It is very very likely there are username, email, password combinations out there.
  16. Please could you provide more information on what database this is, so we can take a look?
  17. I would need an example in order to take a look for you. If you can give me a member ID for example
  18. No, you would be uploading files via FTP. Not via the admin CP. I have to be honest here and say I really really would advise getting someone to assist you with actually doing this if you are unsure, as you can break your site. It also may be worth at taking a look at our cloud solution rather than self hosted, if you are not sure on hosting of your site
  19. Im not sure I understand what the question is there. Please take a look at the guide shown by my colleague that shows exactly how to use your test license key
  20. Go to System>Site Features>Applications and see if converters are listed thee. You need to be uploading all files and folders. You should be merging with what you already have. If you are unsure on this, you should really get someone to assist you
