  1. Are you using any of the local payment methods such as Sofort, Alipay, Bancontact, giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24 or WeChat Pay? It is these specifically that Stripe is removing support for. If you are, I would recommend removing the instances of the Stripe gateway that have these enabled. These are still available in Invision Community at this time as options for Stripe but will be removed in a future release.
  2. Generally the first email server to encounter the email will generate a Message-ID if it's missing [see section 6.4 of the SMTP RFC: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5321 ). I haven't see any other SMTP service reject emails for this reason.
  3. Hello, For privacy reasons, the location of the image will never appear in the expanded EXIF information. If you have a mapping tool enabled the author will be able to set whether they want to share the location of the image when they upload it (should that information be available via EXIF).
  4. We have released a patch to address this issue. Please go to AdminCP > System > Support and apply the patch from the first/top left box. If you do not see an option to install the patch, you already have the latest release.

  8. Yes that should do it, but it's also possible that column may also contain data for other payment gateways.
  9. When you say old Stripe account.. when you switched did you update the payment gateway credentials or create a new payment gateway? If it was the first then there will be referential data already stored on your community specific to the old account.
  10. Are you using OAuth tokens? If so, the member you're connecting as most likely doesn't have permission to see the database.
  11. Question and Answer forum mode does not exist in v5, it has been replaced by better solving tools and notifications such as this feature.
  12. They don't need to do anything, we made some changes to address the issue.
  13. I've added a bug report for this, you'll need to correct your translated language string manually though.
  14. This setting strips the sensitive data from the image file itself that is stored on disk, typically you would want to leave that turned on so sensitive data such as locations cannot be scaped from all of your images. If you have Google Maps or MapBox enabled, members submitting images can configure whether to show a map and location for their image.
  15. That field is for Snippet or 'teaser', you're not supposed to put the entire article in there.
  16. You may need to request access to the PayPal Payouts API if you have not used it before https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/what-is-the-payouts-api-and-how-do-i-enable-it-on-my-account-ts2075
  17. Yes, that is the intention and what usually happens. The problem is that the Google Charts API we use for QR codes (and other charts) has removed support for QR code generation. We're looking at alternatives for generating QR codes.
  18. Although it's labelled as 'Google Authenticator' it'll work with other authenticator apps.
  19. There isn't currently, what kind of functionality would you be looking for?
  20. We have released a patch to address this issue. Please go to AdminCP > System > Support and apply the patch from the first/top left box. If you do not see an option to install the patch, you already have the latest release. Additionally, as previously noted, enabling URL Rewriting will also fix this issue.

  22. We're going to address this in a patch (likely tomorrow) with some other items but in the meantime you can go to AdminCP > Search Engine Optimisation > enable Rewrite FURLs (and follow the instructions). This will work around the issue since it's only a problem when FURLS are not used.
  23. On the support page in your AdminCP, please follow the instructions to convert your database to utf8mb4. MySQL removed utf8_ and aliased it to utf8mb3_ which can cause issues with checking the database structure since the collation is not what is expected.
