  1. In Collections 2.2.0 with IPS 4.5.5 can't manage users (delete, merge, etc...)

    Allways obtain this error

    Solved by support.

    The "Change URL" should be done without any active redirection from the old domain to the new one.

    "There seems to still be an installation of Invision Community at the URL on file. Before you can change the URL, you must first remove the existing installation."

    I'm waiting for support to update my license anfd then update the forum to 4.5 version. Everything else works fine.

    A warning I can provide is that your current URL includes "/forum" and this is also a reserved FURL in our software so need to be mindful of that as you're writing these redirects.

    Hello @Jim M. My actual url forum is www.website.com/foro  ( "foro" is "forum" in spanish). I will move my forum to www.website.com and I thank you if you tell me how the redirects would be in .htaccess

     

    I will also update the friendly urls in ACP so that the word "forum" is converted in "foro" and "topic" in "tema"

    You're right, and that is why it is best to offer good support or other alternatives directly. Maybe through the zapier api would be a good idea.

  7. I used Social Media Promotions, but is very difficult configure with the Facebook permisions. And nonestly the support is poor in this feature by IPS.

    Facebook doesn't make it easy and it usually stops working unexpectedly. I have a support ticket from April 03, 2020 without resolving.

    With this last modification in manage_pages and publish_pages permissions,  it again doesn't work and I have to request new permissions:

    I put this cron in my server but seems not work.

  9. It's a shame that cloudfront is more expensive than Cloudflare, because these days, on cloudflare websites I sometimes notice a slow load of up to 5-7 seconds and at the same time in websites that I have through Cloudfront load immediately, and they are all on the same server.
    I currently have 1Tb of monthly transfer, which would imply an expense of 85 USD in Coudfront.
