And you're right, it's likely the original poster simply did a "copy/paste" from another source which was already formatted.

You can edit that setting in ACP > Community > FORUMS > Settings > Forum Settings TAB > Default forum view.

You need to login to the front end via your Wordpress SSO account first. Leave that tab open in the browser.
Now open another tab to the admin panel and login.
If you now open the Easy Mode editor, does it open the page and you're logged in?

We are in the process of migrating to a minimum PHP version of PHP8, and this means that one or more 3rd party add ons contain code that can break on PHP8. For more info see our August Developer Blog.

Please forget about it as apparently our cheap host was the problem. We switch to another one and problems start to disappear

I guess the next step would be recounting the reputation then. Keep in mind that recounting the reputation will not consider deleted content.
 
The option for it is in a bit of a weird location:
Edit any random member in your ACP. Top-right you'll see REPUTATION LEVEL, click the arrow to open a dropdown menu and click Recount. A popup with 3 options will appear, click Recount for all members. Once the recount is done you may need to rebuild the leaderboard again. It the above still doesn't work there's most likely an issue with the conversion.

The software controls the use of http versus https, and server-level redirects interferes with that.
Remove or comment out those 3 lines.
Then in your conf_global.php file, make sure the board URL is using https:// and not http://.
Then login to your ACP, go to the Support page, and click the button to clear the system cache.
Does that resolve the issue?

Try this.
ACP -> Members -> Achievements -> Settings -> "Enabled" (toggle this off, then save). Note the text:
"When disabled, badges and ranks will not show and rules will not be processed."
If you also want the Reputation system disabled, there's a setting in:
ACP -> Members -> Member Settings -> Reputation & Reactions -> Reputation Settings -> "Reputation enabled?" Toggle that off, then save.

It’s not possible to do by default. You would have to do this with some sort of customization and would be outside of the scope of what can be done with the base product. 

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you mean.
You can flag as spammer, or warn, from the member's post by hovering over their avatar, and in the popup clicking on the button that's titled:  "..." above the "Ignore" button.
In the popup, choose the action you want, flag or warn. (And with the new version, you can also choose to send that member an Alert from the menu.)

The only stock option I can think of: Pages blocks have the ability to ignore permissions. So, one could create topic/feed blocks to let guests see snippets from the closed areas. 
Other than that it sounds like a job for a custom app. 

If you do this, 100 percent confirm you login as the support account using the info on file including the security questions. Make sure the info is spot on to avoid delays in getting help.

I believe you normally can renew from that page. However, you aren't able to renew that particular license because earlier this year, you requested that renewals for that license be removed.
In that case, it does require manual reactivation on our part.

Can anyone tell me where the manual upload option is?  I purchased a couple themes that I'm trying to re-upload and apparently I'm supposed to be able to click on a "manual upload" link to directly upload the .xml but can't find it.

Actually disregard apparently I'm blind.  Just looked again after clicking the create new button and it's right there at the top.

This is something which our team is investigating in relation to PHP 8.
Reverting to PHP 7.4 may fix the problem for you, until we find the underlying cause.
