You can test this. I have created this language pack while describing 5 steps above how to reproduce.

Almost all my language strings are outdated. I have tried to figure out why and found this:
Create a new language in ACP Go and translate one string (for example, stats_activity_overview) Download the language with this one translated string Create new language as import from downloaded one (step3) Go to translate and show outdated strings, the only translated string will be shown as outdated. Why? It looks like if the language is downloaded and reimported, then all translated strings are marked are outdated. Even if they are not.
Now, when a new version is released, and I would like to update the language, I have two issues:
The strings deleted in English, are NOT deleted in my language pack. They are now orphan. I have to prune the database manually to remove them from my language pack. E. g. hundreds of strings that belong to mobile app.  The strings changed in English, cannot be identified in ACP as all my strings are marked as outdated after import. Can you reproduce the 5 steps above? Is it a bug? Or how outdated language strings are supposed to work and for what are they good?
 
 

I have Plesk and can choose between different versions. So, yes, there are many, but I do not maintain anything, just click with the mouse 😄

The form in the filter block is always formatted as ipsForm_vertical, even if using the block in the main content. This should be at least ipsForm_horizontal.
Better to display it the same way the search does, where the fields are displayed as columns to save place for long filter forms:

I agree that AWS is likely the "better" API-based email provider.  The only reason I did not recommend it is that Sendgrid is already natively supported by IPB and that any other API-based provider will need a 3rd party application to support.  
In addition AWS email integration is not for the faint of heart if you're not very technically competent.  🙂 

In AdminCP, the link for the button Learn more is broken.

It tries to open this https://remoteservices.invisionpower.com/docs/googletagmanager/?version=106159 and results in 404.

I can confirm it. I've caught the bug with duplicate template too, deleting one and then loosing both. 

I use the Members block to show members with the latest activity.
How can I exclude (spam) registrations where member has not yet responded to registration validation email, from the block? See an example below on the screenshot, where a potential spammer is not approved but shown in the block.

For my part, I would be happy if all CSS were readable, as before, for reference even if not editable. The latest patch shows modified CSS and allows reverts of existing changes but unchanged CSS are still hidden and therefore, you can't use search.
It was so useful being able to search for something (even something as simple as a colour) and then quickly locate the code, copy it and then paste a modded version into custom CSS.

In 4.7.0 the file \system\Helpers\Form\Upload.php now uses \IPS\Image::$imageExtensions instead of \IPS\Image::supportedExtensions() to retrieve the list of supported image formats. Because of this change the webp format is not available anymore.

Yes, it works. I'll update the version in the Marketplace. But no changes to code are required. 

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

I use the option of Pages creating the Topics for comments to do two things at once.  Even with shorter stuff because there's the Article which I want/need to promote and the forums for the chatter about said article.  I am in several Press guilds and while I'm not published in MotorTrend or Car & Driver, I do rub elbows with them and would like my articles to look professional and not just a post on a forum.
I'll select some articles to share tomorrow.

I never really understood why one would display 0 replies at all. This goes for any places, even in the forum lists. Why display anything, if nothing is there yet? I doubt that a "0" will motivate anybody to be the first one interacting. I think the look would be much cleaner, if any text that informs about "0 anything" was hidden and then it starts with the number 1, if a first reply/view/vote/download/whatever has happened.

In record feeds or activity stream blocks, the number of comments is always shown. Even if the comments are disabled from the database.
Please respect the setting and do not display the number of replies for the database records where replies are not possible.

Hidden Posts
When a post is hidden by a moderator, the member that created the post should still be able to see the hidden post (in pink) and reason why it was hidden.
Notification
When a post is hidden, the member should also receive a notification that their post has been hidden, linking to the post which will show the reason why.
But why?
1) It eliminates the confusion, did I post that or not, I’m sure I did but where’s it gone? Now if the member repeat posts I have grounds to slap them with a warning to obey my authority.
2) I can’t expect moderators to engage privately with members over every hidden post, no member ever likes to be censored and would tie the moderators up in a back and forth but why not that or this type of conversation.
Further Suggestion
With the above, allow the option to keep the moderator anonymous to the member. Also an option to require a reason when hiding so the moderator cannot leave it blank.

Hi team, I think that will be usefull to add another property when we copy and paste content in any post or reply. We need can to add text as plane text but with links. Wee need delete all styles but keeping the links in content.
The rich text add a lot of useless code that we dont need. If we paste as plane text and we need to create every link again can be a hard work with many links.
Can you take a look to add this propertie in future updates?
