I've just upgraded to 4.3. Is an updated version for 4.3 necessary and, if so, any ETA? The current version of GM seems to be working fine on my install, but just wondering...

Hi @Adriano Faria...I just installed this new version on my new 4.3 install, and in the Apps list the version reads 1.2.8. Is this just a typo?

I can't remember if this has been discussed at all, but I'd like to see the Message display settings made a little more granular. In particular, I think it would be useful if there was a separate toggle for the site homepage; I would like to be able to always display a Message or Messages on the home page in addition to choosing individual forums. I'd also like to see display options extended to other core apps like Downloads, Gallery etc. Right now I can either limit Message display to certain forums/skins or display it everywhere, so ideally more control over this would be great!

Ahh ok....so it's an uninstall-reinstall. Having this at the top of the app page would have been very useful!

Just a point of clarification: my adminCP says 1.0.7 was recently released but there is no mention of that version in either the changelog or the header for this file in the Marketplace. I'm also wondering why this is a .tar file when Advanced Footer is a plugin? Have I missed something?

I was going to ask about whether or not there are screenshots to illustrate how PDFs are embedded in posts? I logged into ipsdev and uploaded a sample PDF file but was unable to embed it.

I have SuperHelp 1.1.0 as per Plugin Details in AdminCP. I just downloaded SuperHelp 1.2.0 and followed the PDF update instructions, and SuperHelp still shows as version 1.1.0 in the AdminCP Plugin Details window. Could you please fix this, as it causes confusion when updating and can be irritating given the time it takes to update the templates (especially for those of us who have several of your packages)? I have reported this before (24 Nov 2017, above).

I'm bumping this again because - and I'm not sure if this is because I just now updated to 4.1.7 - the bullet points separating News Ticker items are still disappearing for me halfway through the screen. I've cleared the cache and forced a fresh reload on my browser - none of that fixes this issue.

Just now noticed that Video Statistics, on the Videos splash page, doesn't update when you delete videos: I had one test video and deleted it, and the video count remains at 1.

Strange. To get around this I had set the group in question to a maximum of 50 sticky notes/day, which worked. After reading your reply I reset this to Unlimited, saved my changes to the group, and when I tried to send a SM I got the error again: EDIT: This isn't a bug after all...never mind. figured it out - the member in question belonged to a secondary group which for some reason had SN set to 0.

A couple of things (I am running 2.1.0): I logged in to a test account in a group which has unlimited ability to send Personal Sticky Notes as per their group. When this test account clicks the "Send Sticky Note" link at the bottom of a forums post to send me a SN, it gets the following error: "You are only allowed to send 0 sticky notes per day. Please try again later." But if I set it to, say, 10 per day, it works. So the "unlimited" option needs some debugging. Also, when the test account manages to send a personal SN, they're bumped back to the main page, which is somewhat irritating - they should be returned to the page they were on when they clicked the "Send Sticky Note" link in my opinion.

Hi @Fosters, I've discovered a bug in the recent version of Notices with setting start and end dates. If you set start and end dates, and then edit your notice and try to remove them (i.e. revert the fields to mm/dd/yyyy) by clicking the "X"s, it doesn't work - when you Save and/or Reload the old dates reappear! Also, when using Notices with custom themes (I am using @TAMAN's Magnum theme) the Notice colours do not stay uniform - if I set a Notice as blue it works in the default theme, but ends up green in Magnum. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks!

Although I do think it would be awesome to include support for file uploads in the future. I know Gallery already (sort of) includes support for this, but there is room for improvement.

Ahh, good catch. My test account had a secondary group that I've since edited. Everything seems to be working fine now.

Sorry @Fosters - did I send you this information? Can't remember if I did and deleted it or if I forgot. BTW, another thing I noticed: when I set a notice's expiry date range, e.g., from December 7 to January 15, when I save the settings the end date is always increased by one. That is, when I save the end date as January 15, when I re-view the settings the end date is always January 16, or always one day more than whatever I set the end date to. In fact, the end date increases by 1 every time you click Save or Save and Reload! Please let me know if you want admin login info to check out this or the issue with dismissing notices.

I put in a random feed block on my own site and I find it doesn't always change with every single pageload - not sure how it's set up. But if you put the block on, say, your forums page and your blogs page, then load them separately, you should definitely see a change. Moreover, the more quotes you have the more likely you'll see a change sooner. Did you remember to include a high value in the "Number to show" field of the block's feed configuration?

Hi @Mike John, Just an issue I noticed re: permissions. I have a Private category in Videos, and I have made it so that Members (group Members) can see the category but not see the videos. I have verified this by checking the permissions for both the category and for the Members group, and both are set correctly. But Members still have full access to the Private category and can play the videos therein.
