If the hook position is not suitable. Disable the "Enable hook?" plugin setting and instead add your guest message as a widget instead.

@Square Wheels I've included both a check for "allow admin emails" and "temp_ban" flags for both the birthday greeter task and widget. That should cover most of the bases.

You can in ACP > System tab > Advanced Configuration > Friendly URLS tab (If you need help with a few examples, let me know). Although you might want to hold off as there is currently a bug affecting furls.

If either of you can PM me your acp login details I want to check a few things out. I've confirmed this was fixed and a fresh install seems to work. But it looks like the upgrader missed something.

Are you still having issues or is it fixed itself? If only the widget is affected, you can rebuild the widget cache by logging in again or even removing the widget and adding it again.

It might be possible to add some custom validation to the description field to check for any matches for the media url. I'd need to write up some custom code to do this, can you PM me about this in a few weeks to remind me when I've got more time?

Both. A quick way to see if the Videos app supports any particular video site is to paste it into a post and see if IPB4 turns it into an embed code automatically. If it does, then the Videos app supports that particular site. Here is a rough copy from the source code itself on the current oEmbed sites IPB4 supports.

@Alexandre. I've confirmed this as a bug and included a manual patch if you wanted to fix this now. The next version is only a few weeks away with an included fix.

This plugin has been updated with a few more minor bug fixes.

I can't explain why then, can you try one other thing? Edit one of those affected topics and remove all but a few words from the text. Just see if that changes the aspect on the image.
