SeNioR- Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 (edited) I reported this bug about 2 weeks ago through the Client Area. And the answer was this: Quote Hello,Have you tested this on the latest 4.6 version? WebP format is not supported before that release No comment.... Everade Posted June 29, 2021 Posted June 29, 2021 (edited) Reported it as well, they're asking for examples instead of actualy taking a look at it first. What a bummer... Update: They've created an internal bug report. It's in boys. 🤖 Edited June 29, 2021 by Everade sobrenome and Luuuk 2
Luuuk Posted June 29, 2021 Posted June 29, 2021 Well, I can tell you guys that I had no good encounter with the support as well in the context of a similar problem: uploading a SVG favicon from ACP created no *.svg extension and on a strict server environment like mine (not allowing files with no extension) that was a deal breaker. I was persistent enough that they finally fixed that in 4.4.10. Now the same story with *.webp... SeNioR- and sobrenome 1 1

sobrenome Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) Will thumbnails be resized to a new webp file? I mean, if a webp image is uploaded the system will create a webp thumbnail from it? Edited July 1, 2021 by sobrenome
