This seems like a really dumb question, but here goes.... now that I am using the 4. forum, where do I find my member list on the forum without going into the admin? I don't see an option to search it, either. :p

Should be under your Browse tab cofee. Do you see it?

Or make a menu item and add this link where you want it in your navigation

www.yoursite.com/search/?type=core_members

This is what I see:

Quote

All Activity, My Activity Streams, Unread Content, Content I Started, Search

See my additional comments above about adding the link

Do you not have a "Browse" tab?

I'm sorry... that was the wrong tab.

Browse has the following:

Quote

Forums, Calendar, Chat, Gallery, Guidelines, Staff, Online Users

Cofee, as I recall now, I did not have Members in my menus, so you'll have to add it manually by using the link I supplied above.

Thank you! It's getting late and my brain checked out earlier. I probably should have waited until morning to post, but you have been patient and helpful. I appreciate that. I will give that a whirl tomorrow. Good night for now.

You bet!

Even easier. Click inside the search box as though you're going to type and then click on the dropdown. Tick "members" at the bottom, and then hit the search icon.

This is a good idea, but it doesn't really meet my need. Thank you.

Can you tell me where I would insert this?

Sure

Thanks @JohnCourt but the link doesn't seem to work for me. I've obviously changed it to incorporate my domain but I just get an error:

The requested URL /search/ was not found on this server.

Hmmm, strange, help someone??????

It's missing /index.php?/

Here's mine, it sorts members by post count.

http://squarewheelscycling.com/index.php?/search/&type=core_members&group%5B4%5D=1&group%5B12%5D=1&group%5B15%5D=1&group%5B3%5D=1&group%5B23%5D=1&group%5B21%5D=1&group%5B6%5D=1&group%5B16%5D=1&sortby=member_posts&sortdirection=desc&page=1&%2Fsearch%2F=&group[4]=1&group[12]=1&group[15]=1&group[3]=1&group[23]=1&group[21]=1&group[6]=1&group[16]=1

http://squarewheelscycling.com/index.php?/search/&type=core_members&group%255B4%255D=1&group%255B12%255D=1&group%255B15%255D=1&group%255B3%255D=1&group%255B23%255D=1&group%255B21%255D=1&group%255B6%255D=1&group%255B16%255D=1&sortby=member_posts&sortdirection=desc&page=1&%2Fsearch%2F=&group%5B4%5D=1&group%5B12%5D=1&group%5B15%5D=1&group%5B3%5D=1&group%5B23%5D=1&group%5B21%5D=1&group%5B6%5D=1&group%5B16%5D=1

You can always do just this, but I'm not really sure what it sorts by (name probably):

http://squarewheelscycling.com/index.php?/search/&type=core_members
