    Disable the strict mode by adding
    define( 'IN_DEV_STRICT_MODE', FALSE ); to your constants file:)
  2. Fosters's post in How does IPS software handle events in real-time? was marked as the answer
    There’s no server side implementation. IPS 4.0-4.4 uses pooling, which means that the client ( browser ) asks the server for an update .
  3. Fosters's post in Ignore sql_table_prefix? was marked as the answer
    \IPS\Db::i()->query() can be used to run a query
  4. Fosters's post in Disable minimizing JS was marked as the answer
    You can take a look at the existing files in IPS4 to see how they include jquery ui, ckeditor & co
    \IPS\Output::i()->jsFiles = array_merge( \IPS\Output::i()->jsFiles, \IPS\Output::i()->js( 'jquery/jquery-ui.js', 'core', 'interface' ) ); In your case it should be:
    \IPS\Output::i()->jsFiles = array_merge(\IPS\Output::i()->jsFiles, \IPS\Output::i()->js('admin_highcharts.js', 'observer', 'interface'));
