Everywhere, matters on where I set the trigger to in the rules settings. If i set the trigger to update/create content - it will return that error.. I think @Kevin Carwile said something about the iAwards returning error.. "Did you add any code to your api methods that halts execution and sends error output instead of simply throwing an exception that can be caught? It seems like that is what is happening." Basically if i set the trigger to execute give award, when the user has over 25 reputation when the user posts a topic.. it will error and say "The user already owns this award" each time I create a topic. Morrigan Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I see (just tested it out on my forum). For now I would recommend a work around of adding an additional condition to the rule until we get this fixed. OctoDev 1

Greg W Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 @Kevin Carwile Thanks for the information you have already given on here with some help for setting up Rules for the iAwards, very helpful. I tried setting up a rule to give an award to members who visited the site on a specific day & struggled to make it work, can you give me an idea of how to do that?
EmpireKicking Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 show us your awards guys. See some good results -RAW- 1

See some good results Here's a list of the awards that we offer, both site and game related. My aim is to automate all the site achievement and prestige medals, most are all automated at the moment using "Rules" (need to check these work as intended though). EmpireKicking 1

Volstate Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 If I upgrade my site from 3.9 to 4.1 where I currently use [HQ] Awards....will I lose all my awards that I have already awarded when i convert to this app?

Hi, no you won't, their is a tool that will convert hq awards data to iawards. Volstate and Morrigan 2
Morrigan Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 My Awards here: http://distant-fantasies.net/awards/ Are from HQ Awards previously. The app has retained them just fine. It does take a bit of time to get permissions setup but it's well worth it. I'm still working on updating my images to be HD! SO EXCITE! @Volstate Greg W and -RAW- 2
Greg W Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Here are mine http://www.toontask.com/awards/ Again, previously used with HQ Awards, so the quality was set for 35x35px, so I need to improve their quality. 43 different awards & a total of 416 awards given. Although I was with HQ Awards, I removed them all during the Beta stage of iAwards when the conversion wasn't available, so have had to add them all manually Volstate and -RAW- 2

Morrigan Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Then the problem is with the theme unfortunately. @EmpireKickAss you will need to contact the theme creator.

Morrigan Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 If you give me a link/standard login (non-admin) I may be able to give you a temporary fix. Feel free to PM it to me.
OctoDev Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Can someone confirm @Morrigan @-RAW-or anyone at all, if the "User has already been awarded" is fixed. Morrigan 1
