I've noticed over the last few days my s3Delete task has started to lock up and will not run until I unlock it. Then when I unlock it and manually run it everything completes "successfully" I however have noticed the following errors multiple times in the system logs. Is there any way to solve this? I did the upgrade to the monthly payment a few days ago but I don't seem to have the Commerce, Pages or Blog under my applications tab. I did redownload the latest package and upload it thinking that may do it but still nothing. When I check my license key in the ACP it says I have access to everything. Any ideas?

The event search function doesn't work or I don't know how to use it. No matter what search criteria you use, it always answers "There were no events matching your search" I have tried in many ways and I have even manually created a test event and it does not find it.

Manually upgrading forums from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1? after a PHP upgrade from 7.4 to 8.1. Receiving error during the upgrade: Checking the database, this table does not exist, and does not appear to have existed previously. We've been around since rev 3 (IPB_Firewall says hi!) so there is a ton of legacy stuff I've been working around. I also can't get into the admin CP, which isn't surprising considering I'm in the middle of an upgrade, but I'm also getting a missing table message for that: I'm stuck, I can't retry or continue and the board is down for yet another day. Any advice besides doing this upgrade offline first? Is there somewhere…

Hi, I recently upgraded to version 4.7.12 and the upgrade and DB migration seemed to run successfully. However when I open the home page on localhost I see the following: I'm also unable to access the AdminCP page even after I set the 'RECOVERY_MODE' env variable in constants.php in the root directory, so I'm unsure what I should do next. I'd be very grateful of any help on this. Thank you.

Hello all, We have "Badges" assigned to user groups so that those a part of any particular user group will have a badge that shows in their post bit showing their position on the site. However as standard, below the users username it will show the name of the user group, which for us just ends up saying the same as the badge. Is there a way for certain user groups to hide the name of the user group they are a part of ? For example, I would love to be able to hide the section marked in the red box, but only for certain user groups. Any ideas ? Thanks!

It seems after changing the code on an advert, the formatting on the desktop version is completely broken. I cleared system cache which seemed to make it worse and now displays an older version (The forums title shows at the top which I removed in CSS) Any ideas to get it working? It seems ok on mobile but again, looks like an older cached version.

I disabled the Achievements in ACP (badges and ranks) but they're still showing on the frontend even in incognito mode as seen in attachment. Is there something else I must do in order to hide them?

Database Check Hello, I am trying to "Upgrade Invision Powerboard". I just paid for it. When I try to go through the steps I get "Database Check - There are some problems with your database which need to be fixed before you can start the upgrade". When I click on the button 'Fix This' I get the following: A small window loads with the information above and 2 buttons, when I click on the button "Check Again" the page just refreshes. When I click on the other button "Fix Automatically", something loads for 2 seconds and the options just close back to the original "Fix This" button. Hello! I'm trying to modify the SMTP mail sending server. When I enter the password, no error message appears, but I see that the number of characters in the form doesn't update. It always looks like I'm entering 8 characters. If I purposely enter the wrong password, the number of characters does update, but the mail doesn't work because the password is incorrect. I don't know if I'm explaining myself well. Thanks! My pass contains 12 characters but only appears 8.

Hello. I knew that instead of an external smtp server to send mail to users, Invision's php method is also available, but when I select this, it does not work. The hosting where my website is hosted is a physical server that belongs to me. What exactly do I need to use Invision's mail method with PHP? I don't want to set up an external smtp.

Hello, I am the owner of an Invision Powerboard and when I try to log in I see the following error: "The information you’re about to submit is not secure Because this form is being submitted using a connection that’s not secure, your information will be visible to others." Hello. Cloudflare is not working efficiently on my Invision system. Visitors entering the site, firewall attacks, blocks, etc. I can not see. In the same hosting, we can see the whole structure in my SMF forum without any problems. NS's etc are properly installed. Is it a situation with the Invision system, is it not cached or transferred to Cloudflare deliberately? I leave the image of two different systems invision: smf:

Hello. The duration of the list showing the members online at the bottom of the forum is 30 minutes. Is there a setting that can allow us to extend this? I want to increase it to 150-200 minutes.

Hi guys, a little while ago a forum member of mine changed their email address on their profile, and used a confirmation link sent to them, but kept getting a timeout error on the forum when this link opened. This appeared to be a hosting issue so that's fine, and eventually I was able to approve the change for them via the admin CP. Their profile now shows the updated email address correctly, but they cannot log into the forum, and from the admin CP I receive the same error message they get if I attempt to login as them. 4.7.12 I run two sites on the same server that are nearly identical installs, both of which I've had my host evaluate for errors/issues during this period of unresponsiveness. Neither site indicated any issues at the host level (i.e. errors, resource issues, etc). There were no recent updates to either site that I feel would have influenced this behavior. Only one site had issues with unresponsiveness described below. No alerts were received. Starting about 5 days ago, something has started pinning CPU usage over 100% when it is typically averages under 50%. It is making the site very slow and unresponsive. I've turned off every other website running to narrow it down to IP Board. I'm using Cloudron to manage the sites. If I restart the container running the board, it will get responsive for a short term before it starts to bog down again. Have done no changes recently to the website or configuration. If I run htop, I can see a mysqld process running at high cpu usage, and it will keep running for days if I don't restart the server. When I log into mysql, I can't see any queries running that mat…
