I have seen that the products will be removed. I don't agree with this decision because you're still pushing us to pay for other external services, but that's not the point. Subscriptions are currently all linked to the same configuration. When upgrading configuration, all plans are linked. Is it or will it be possible, once you've removed the products, to create groups? Also to be able to take several different group plans? For example, if I take myself, it's possible to subscribe to the general site but also to a specific product that also contains its own updgrade. I've written a long essay and was previously able to edit it. Now, though, I can open the editing tab from the left but the block doesn't have an 'edit' button. Have I somehow locked it inadvertently? The only thing I can think of that I've done today was add some functionality to the editor toolbar via import, and possibly had the same page open for editing in two windows simultaneously. Thanks! Hello, this morning there is some major spam attack so I set "allow new registrations?" in admin control panel to no. But somehow the spammers are able to register and post. The forum does a good job flagging most of them through word filters but how do they manage to join when registration should be closed?

Hi, I'm trying to enable comments for users on articles. Currently on an article page they can see at the bottom: But there is no option to add a comment. Administrators do see the option, but not regular users (users who are only part of the 'members' group). In ACP my comments settings are: Is there anything else I need to do to enable users to add comments? regards David

Hi, can I get an investigation of user ptop96 on my community to understand his subscription history It looks like he renewed on the Hero $12 plan on 06/22/2022 Most recently, he renewed for VIP Downloader $200 on 06/17/2023. However, it's showing his expiration as soon as 06/22/2023 It's almost like he's being penalized and being charged to complete the past year

Good evening, I need an advice on what to do. For years our community (which previously was owned by a different person) used a ready language pack, which had a professional translation, and it was great. This language pack was abandoned by its developer on 4.6.3 version. I heard that there soon will be upgrade to 5.0 version or something, so I was worried that after that we can get bugs because our language is so horribly outdated. Our community was recently overrun with bots that created more than 100 spam accounts and hundreds of pages of spam topics. I just wanted them out of the database, so I ran a search in the AdminCP for all users created today, and deleted them. I probably should have marked them as Spam, but I noticed it early this morning, and acted pre-caffeine. Now I have the hundreds of pages of forum topics to clean up, but I can't find a simple way to bulk delete all forum topics created today. There must be a way in the AdminCP? If not, I can clean it up in the database with a few queries, but would really prefer not to go that route.

I created a new Pages database called "Job Board" and added it to my menu in ACP. However, when I look at the site, the Job Board page does not show up. Any idea why that would be? I also have a record in the database, but since I can't see the page on the front end I don't know if that record shows up, either.

We are a fan fiction community where the writers want to know the actual number of views, so instead of 12.3K they would like it to see 12,345. How does one change back to actual view numbers instead of the friendly number format? We are on version 4.7.11.1 I'm not a programmer just a volunteer novice, so any help is appreciated.

When downloading a language file in the AdminCP, one has to enter a Version number and a Version ID. What is the difference between these and what are these needed for? In which format should the version id be created in? Similar to the version number (x.x.x) or in a different way?

I have 2 sites, site 1 is topic specific and site 2 is Off Topic for site 1. However 99% of the users on the off topic site are also registered on site 1 topic specific site so I was thinking of merging the two together however some users on site 1 are not interested in the Off Topic content and don't want to see that content included in the default Unread Content Stream. My thought was to have 2 unread content streams, 1 for site topic specific and one for the off topic content however my concern is the efficiency of achieving this. Alright, here's another silly question - I assume the answer is right in front of me, but I'm not seeing it. I remember in previous versions of the ACP being able to see who has logged in. Right now I can view Admin Logs and Moderator Logs - are there User Logs?

Hi, I want to integrate SendGrid as a mail relay service for my forum. Can this service be used for inbound&outbound mail service? Hello. Greetings everyone... How can I find out why some users on my forum are falling into the Spam option, and can't register for example? I checked that it is registered in ACP / Contente Moderation / Spam Prevention / Spam Defense Logs. I have several emails from people, who by name seem to be valid on this list. And I saw two now that reported to me that they were not receiving the email to validate the account, for example.

A year or two ago I've set up my GA4 property in Google Analytics and it did not require changing my code snippet, so my website is still using the old UA code snippet for the GA4 data flow (which works fine - I see in GA4 that my data collection is active). In ACP > Notification Settings I have no clue why this acp_notification_Maxmind is there (this string doesn't exist) and why ACP_NOTIFICATION_GROUP_COMMERCE is duplicated (it shows again right below, but correctly replaced with "COMMERCE"). In a user profile inside the ACP: I have no clue on why this is happening, as the account_deletion_cancelled string does exist. Maybe something to do with those "quotes"? Cheers
