Hello, I recently added some different subscription models to my site along with some existing subscription models. However I note that if a user is already subscribed to a product, they cannot subscribe to a second. Is there a way to allow users to subscribe to multiple packages ? Thanks, P

Testing the new fluid view per forum feature, but the filters to refine which forum content to display is not shown in the sidebar. Cache cleared. Logged out/in. Still does not display. This is critical for me at the moment. My community is down after an attempted move of files back to local storage from Amazon S3. Everything was running fine prior to me telling the forum software to move files back to local storage from S3. The error that I am getting is "Illegal offset type in isset or empty" I cannot access the community or the Admin control panel. I've tried manually copying all of my files back to local storage to no avail. The files copied fine but I am still not able to get into the forum. Simply clicking on random ACP menu items will occasionally create a situation where the page loses formatting. This has happened dozens of times. Exiting out of the ACP and back doesn't correct the problem. This doesn't happen just on one site but on multiple ones. Purposely clicking on random menu items never seems to elicit this behavior. It happens when you aren't looking for it. Clicking on one of the menu items again "sometimes" brings the formatting back, but most of the time it doesn't. Hi all, I've got a weird head-scratching problem and I hope someone can help me figure this out. One of my ex-customers likes to sign up again for my forum. However according to this customer, and the screenshot send to me, are the subscription buttons not showing up. I checked this as far as I could on my side on Mac OS X, Opera, Firefox Safari and Chrome, and on the PC side win11 Opera, Firefox Safari and Chrome. And for me it all seems to work and these buttons do show up. I use a heavily modified copy of the Nexxe template. I am at a point where I cannot save any changes to my template files due to the following error: The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information. I have made changes to the Nexxe theme to better suit my community and layout, so updating my "copy" is not an option. my site was experiencing a few errors these last couple weeks at Http://forums.madonnanation.com. After finally working with the host provider to get long load times resolved and getting access to the Admin panel, I figured I would clear the cache as recommended on the front of the admin page in order to improve performance. Unfortunately, doing so seemed to corrupt the main theme of the forum, and as a result I had to create a new one to make it navigable. But now there are all sorts of issues in the admin panel itself as far as how it displays, and all of the Reply and topic functions on the message board do not allow anyone to post new content. Yesterday, two new members were registered, got the top range as members and send a lot of private spam messages with links to porn sites. Many members send me warnings about it... Today banned those members and delete all their messages... It's the first time that happens in my board... The strange thing is that they have entered and massively sent that message to many members. I've enabled lazyloading for my forum, but if I see the html code for forum attachments, should I see "loading=lazy" for the attachments ? I've enabled lazyloading and checking the background processes the lazyloading for posts took almost 10 seconds to complete, and I have 38 gb of attachments. Regards

I was wondering if it is safe to remove the Converter app from applications? I did a conversion from Xenforo to IPS back in February. Is there any reason to have it installed anymore? Also while I am on subject, if I remove Converter from login and registrations, any member that has not signed back in using the converter would receive a message that they would have to reset their password correct? I am just trying to get rid of needless things on the board.

Weeks ago, I have started to get duplicate push notifications. If someone reacts to a post, I get the notification twice. If two people answer, the notification says I have 4 new answers (there are indeed only two). Last example: a post have been marked as solution. I have got two notifications: Additionally, both notifications open a page that does not exist: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/465938-how-to-display-ad-banners-on-my-forum/?do=find I have already pruned the cache. Disabled notifications and allowed them again. It does not help. There are now duplicate mail notifications. Only push on my smartphone and browser on the desktop.

I have a product in the store which has a renewal, used as a subscription. If I delete a payment method from that product, and add a new payment method. What will happen to existing members on this subscription? Will their payment fail as their previously selected payment option is no longer an option? Or will they be able to remain on that payment method, even though it has been removed from the product?
