I am noticing a bunch of POP3 errors for your incoming email for your Support Ticket system. Please check the configuration in ACP -> Commerce -> Support -> Settings -> Incoming Emails. I have been receiving mails fine before and after so I wasn't aware of an issue. We are a small community of just over 2,000 members so perhaps it's not busy enough yet in terms of traffic.
