Pushpendra Singh Chauhan Posted August 7, 2022 Share Posted August 7, 2022 (edited) Hi, The user login/Admin login suddenly stopped working. i am not able to login to website on new device/new browser. its redirecting to login page again and again The admin Panel is completely inaccessible its redirecting me to domain/admin/?app=core&module=system&controller=login&ref= again and again. On chrome I've already logged in but I can't able to upload files/ images either directly or through server path. while uploading new files I am getting this error while uploading new images I am getting this error Please help this is a critical government website that required updation on daily basis. Once I Clear cache from Admin Panel the File upload is also working. I am feeling the bad cache is affecting my website Please see the below screenshot of system logs this is continuously generating. We are not using any third party theme. We modified IPS default theme. If this is theme related issue could you please tell me what part should be check?
