I saw a lot of posts in this regard and IPS reply that there was a issue in cloud that's why I asked for a fix. We handle our server ourselves. My system admin/dba could not find any bug yet. Anyone have any idea what could be the issue? A little hint would be helpful.

Website is geo fenced so it will not work there. Perhaps I got the root cause. I ve SQL read write separation. If I remove this everything is working fine. FYI I am using MariaDB 10.1.48 As I saw in forum this is a common problem. Please let me know what is the solution of this?

after updating search was working fine. but after 2 days same problem is there. Sometime search is woking but most of the time I am getting error. This is frustrating.. Not only search activity is also throwing the same error. What is this ? Seems new version was released without proper testing

You are right this is related to hosting. On the upgraded php8 a simple php code was not running. After revert to php7.4 site is working. Anyone has idea what could be the issue? After updating php8, php not executing. This is not related to IPS but my system admin stuck in this . We are using CentOS 7.

Hi, Currently I am using version 4.6.7. Now I want to update to 4.7.7 Beta 4 as in this beta version the Asia/Kolkata timezone issue is fixed and I can't wait till the next stable release. Can I update to this beta version through ACP or manual FTP upload is required? I want to confirm this before updating because I've not FTP access, for FTP I require hosting team support.

Hi, My website is behinds Load balancer. Currently SSL is installed on all web-servers. We tried to install SSL on LB but it didn't work. We install SSL certificate on LB and removed certificate from webservers. it was throwing error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Then we changed Base URL (in conf_global.php) https:// to http:// Now website is loading over https but without images and css/js as this is taking http path from conf_global. How can we install SSL on LB and where to change path for images/css/js ? FYI, We have 3 webservers, 1 File Server and 2 Database servers.

Hi, 1. Is there a way to unpublish content on a predefined date? I want this for downloads. I need a date input field (like scheduled publish ) where I can select the date, when the file will be unpublished. 2. Can I add a custom field in download that only logged-in user can see.

Yes you are right using Safari with Android, its working fine. But on Chrome/Opera with Android its not working. Seems it's not working with chromium browser. Here in India most of users use Android and Chrome as default browser that's why every 3rd used is complaining that twitter share is not working .

In all browser it works fine even the twitter lite app that use browser interface it works. Problem is with Twitter Android and iOS app

Ok but many users were complaining in this regard. Well for now I got the temporary solution so that my users can share the content.

In Sharelinks>twitter template I changed http://twitter.com/share?url={$url}"... to https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url={$url}... and now its working fine.
