We're having the same issue with the same message. The message shows on our unread posts page and only shows posts since the update. Our search function is also only returning results in posts made since the update. All our previous content is still there, the forum just can't 'find' it. There's also something funky going on with our member profiles (not displaying their activity properly).

For future users, this thread doesn't show up by searching this site by filename, the issue presents in the applications/core/modules/admin/system/upgrade.php file

Help! I ran the utf8mb4 conversion but I don't actually have access to our server. I've got a message into our IT guy but it's a weekend so not expecting to hear back today and in the meantime our forum is inaccessible. If I just hit 'finish' without making the changes to the server, is that going to harm anything? Thanks, Shantal

Hi all. I am not a developer but generally run the updates on our forum without issue. I've been a bit late at running the latest update and it has thrown a whole lot of errors which means the forum is showing no content when threads are opened. The application update says to run the Support Tool because the theme is out of date.
