Found it. 
It is a bug. The hCaptach doesn't load when you are viewing any topic, pages records, or anywhere there's ckeditor.
For example, 
hCaptcha will be load anywhere homepage, forums views or anywhere else has no editor but where you are allowing guests to post/reply the contact us hCaptcha won't load.

I don't think so, what error did you have to see?

I apologise for the vagueness of my post. It was an oversight on my behalf.
While this has been fixed, it has not gone through all processes to make it to a release at present. Please keep an eye on our release notes in future versions. We'll post here once it has actually been added to a release for you.

Hello. unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this error on multiple installations. Maybe, you may have other applications or plugins installed that affect this, or you may have specific settings in your community. I'd love to take a closer look at this bug if I were granted access. 
Most likely you need to enable settings: ACP > Members > Live Messenger > Settings

The scheduled topic showing different dates everywhere. Some places it shows the time it was posted and scheduled, or it shows the time it was scheduled to be posted on, for example

I believe it should show only the time that was scheduled to be posted on everywhere not the time you published and scheduled it.

I was trying to reproduce it this weekend but I didn't manage to, the way I tested:
1) Create a new topic where I mention group X
2) Login as a member of group X 
3) Member gets the notification
4) Edit the topic and also mention group Y
5) Login as member of group Y
6) Member gets the notification
7) Edit the topic and also mention Member "Test"
8 ) Login as member "Test"
9) Member "Test" gets the notification
10) Edit the topic and also mention member "Test2"
11) Login as member "Test2"
12) Member "Test2" gets the notification
13) Edit the topic and also mention group Z
14) Login as member of group Z
15) Member gets the notification
I assume you are running latest version of groupmention and IPB? I think there might be another plugin or app that is conflicting

I believe you don't need to reupload the file, and just change the compatibility to 4.7.

@TAMAN my friend you forgot to change the compatibility to 4.7 and it shows it's for 4.4, so no one will be able to download the file. 

@Dll the screenshot @Caedis posted is from the download page from Marketplace. Also, he is completely right because this setting doesn't exist after @DawPi converted the plugin to app, so perhaps @DawPi forgot about including it while creating the app.

@Afrodude IPS has fixed the bug for an upcoming release (4.7.6 most likely).

You would receive a notification whenever it's approved if you've enabled "Send me version updates" button from the download page, and it would take days for IPS staff to approve it.

Wouldn't it be preferable if this setting could just be applied to selected primary forums rather than all of them?
