Make sure you edit times for both member and guest. Hopefully IPS will give this widget an option panel for this, probably just an oversight.

Unfortunately this is a false hope. A plugin or app will never be bug free. We can get it as close as possible but things will always happen that is why constant development happens so because of that I would never be able to make that promise. If you have issues after installing it, if you post here we will assist you as the previous poster stated.
I can personally say that I've been running this app for a year and I've only encountered one bug and it did not affect the rest of my site.

If you are nervous about installing it yourself you are free to send me administrative login details and I will happily install it for you. We do not let our modifications run around being broken so if there is a problem with our plugins and apps then we will fix that problem.
@VR6Pete You can likely add the following code to the author pane. We will see about potentially adding an option for that in a future version.

You can report shoddy devs to @AndyF if you think they did not provide reasonable fixes etc and just left a broken plugin on the Marketplace.
But trust me- from my experience, and I've bought a few of their plugins, Raw and Morrigan are great.

I've noted this as a bug, IPB4 now removes column database changes so will include this fix in the next version.
The Videos app should not be showing on this page. I've opened a bug report with IPS to see why this is happening.
Edit: Please let me know if there were any further problem language strings and will include that in the next update.

PM sent with test query I'm using and further information regarding this. I'm just seeing if IPS intended old language files to be kept or not post upgrade. I'll keep you updated on the reply and then if I need to make another version to clean up old strings or not.
I deal with lots of bugs & support but this one still doesn't come to mind. Do you have a source I can look at to see why this was skipped? I don't use the mod permissions extension in the Videos app and keywords in the tab look like this is from the Pages app and not my application.

I've also included some significant improvements to the language files. Please keep in mind that the entire language file needed to be overhauled and that can't be done in 1 single version. Make sure you report any missing problem strings and they'll be corrected in the next version until this is 100% sorted. I apologies to those with other languages that are affected by this.

It doesn't look like IPB 4 removes old language strings when an application is upgraded. I'll need board access to manually remove the older language strings or alternatively I can provide instructions.

Yes, you can but all of this is controlled by the core, not by the app itself.
That's the only known way to update a 3.4 app to IPS4. If you're finding any error, I suggest you to submit a ticket to IPS. I and everybody else made it like that on their live board to update it.

I'll push this up the queue and have it done as soon as the Collections update is complete. I can't commitment to an ETA just yet.

Can you try a hard refresh of your browser? e.g. Ctrl + F5. It looks like it's not loading the javascript portion of IPB. Do you notice this in the new topic area as well?

You don't understand. I meant that devs who doesn't know each other have the same or similar ideas. It's nothing wrong. I must that it's very good for the whole community.

It would be awesome (and I know a mod could make it and I may just code it myself if necessary) if there was a 'statistics' widget for pages databases. Basically like other statistics widgets where if gives you the number of records (using the databases record lingo) number of comments and latest record.

Regarding 'times' this is very much done on a case-by-case basis as such as to what is acceptable or otherwise. Going from what I can see (just in this topic) the developer will need some error logs (or access) to be able to proceed further with this. It could be something server related or maybe conflict with another file. You're welcome to PM me if you wished to discuss any aspect of this in private.

$10 is the price I judge fair for waste my time to learn and release those things. $5 to you is $4 to me, after pay tax and fee to IPS. So no, for $4 I prefer to listen some music and drink one beer.

I'd agree Given the inconvenience of the visitor to 'cheat' to continue see more such as clearing their cookie data or switching IP's, its quicker for them to spend < 1 minute registering in the first place.

It's based on IP Address only. I think there's no sense in tie it to cookes or user-agent, since the user could easily workaround this by using another browser or clearing cookies.

Watching the pictures I thought it was OK for v4.x, but it isn't working.
Having a moderator not showing up for more than 1 year, I need to change the author of his topics to the new Moderator's title.
Starting a new topic is out of the question because it is a word game with more than 1450 replies.
Does anyone know if there's a plugin (or another way) able to change the author's title and working for IPS v4.x?

@Eric BXL this is the support topic for Change Post Author, this mod was updated to work for IPB 4.1 but if you are having issues please post here i am more than happy to help you.

@craigf136 and @Jimmy Gavekort I believe that would be more for us and the iAwards app. We can certainly work to do that in a future release.
