  1. Not that I know of, but the video and screenshots in the first post should provide a good idea of how it works. 😎
  2. Correct. This new feature is available from the Team Cloud plan and above. It is not available for self-hosted customers. All Cloud plans can be viewed here.
  3. Hi @Jackrush, It was mentioned in the original topic, but I have quoted it for you below.
  4. This is a great feature that has so many uses! 🤯 Great job as always Invision Community!
  5. Hi @Como, The default Members group is usually id=3. Go to your AdminCP and click on each of your groups. There is an ID at the end of the URL. When you find id=3, you have found the default Members group. 😉
  6. Amazing work Ehren and team! Love it!
  7. Hi @H5K, There is a Raw HTML widget you can add when clicking on your display name/picture → Page Editor → search for HTML and it will pop up. Drag and drop the widget onto your community and away you go. You can add the widget to any page on your community. I use the Pages and Commerce applications and both allow me to add this widget. If you are using the WYSIWYG Editor on a page for example, then no, source/raw HTML cannot be used within it.
  8. Actual GIF of me and the community. 😄 Love this update, and can't wait to hear what else Invision Community has in store! Thanks as always, team.
  9. Hi @BankFodder, There is no need to feel embarrassed! That's why we're all here to share our knowledge to make Invision Community better for all.
  10. Updated without a problem. 👌
  11. Hi @R G, From a Google search, the 3C414/1 error likely indicates an issues with authentication or a connection problem between Zapier and the app you're trying to integrate with. This could be due to incorrect credentials, a disconnected integration or a problem with the app's server itself. Have you confirmed your credentials/API keys? Have you engaged Zapier to confirm there are no issues on their end?
  12. That was going to be my follow up post, haha. Followed Content are notifications that will be sent whenever there is new activity on things you are following and have opted to receive immediate notifications for. Event Reminders are notifications that are sent when an event you have asked to receive a reminder about is coming up. I don't think these settings can do what you are after and will most likely require customisation.
  13. Hi @NSPN, At the top of the community next to your display name and profile photo, click Notifications → Notification Settings and you will see options there to make changes to Followed Content and Event Reminders.
  14. Love your work as always team. Thank you very much.
  15. Hi @Cedric V, Using Gravatar would no doubt require customisation/a plugin, but you can change between default profile photos in your AdminCP → Members → Member Settings → Profiles → Profile Settings → Photos There are two options you can pick from. Use the theme's default profile photo Generate profile photos from first letter of the member's display name As explained in that section too, you can upload a new default profile photo by managing resources for each theme.
  16. That's alright! I just wanted to give you a response so you know you're not on your own in silence. 🙂 The team do read and go through all topics so I'm sure they'll answer yours too.
  17. Hi @breezy1941, Customer support hours are Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm EST, with technical support running until 6 pm on the same days. I'm sure the Invision Community team will assist as soon as one of their team members logs in. I do understand the frustration this may be causing you and your community.
  18. My excitement wouldn’t be any less! 😉
  19. I’m extremely excited! Can’t wait to experience what the new features are!
  20. It is definitely safe… many customers (including myself) are currently using version 5, not to mention this community is also using version 5. 😇 If you aren’t already, take advantage of the test installation to give version 5 a run before upgrading. This will give you an idea of how the new software works and you can use it to test different functionality before upgrading your production community.
  21. Yes, you need to upload the contents of the Invision Community 5 files you downloaded from your Client Area. As mentioned, you’ve got to follow the Manual Installation instructions I provided in the link to the help guide to successfully install version 5. Don’t forget to make a back up of your existing databases and files/folders.
  22. No problem at all. 😉
  23. Hi @riko, To get version 5, please go to your Client Area → Manage this purchase → Download Invision Community 5. Before upgrading, please back up your database and existing Invision Community files. Normally you would not encounter any issues, but it's better safe than sorry. Follow the Manual Installation instructions on the help guide below to start the process.
