  1. Hi @Aleksandr Timashov, I have escalated your request as a ticket to our team. We will be in touch with you shortly via email to have this sorted out for you prior to renewing your licence. If you have any other questions in the interim, please let us know.
  2. Hi @raincat, Please let us know how you go/went with this and if you require further assistance. 🙂
  3. Hi @DeckeeJack, Whilst this is a public forum, it is the central place to get any support for Invision Community. We have incorporated the peer support concept which means our knowledgeable community can also assist where they can if they happen to beat us to the topic. We also have the ability to escalate issues to other teams via a ticket, so you are in the right place to receive the very same support just like you did before the change.
  4. Haha, I'm feeling like that right now @SeNioR-! It does come in handy for those that want to know where the quoted content originated from.
  5. Hi @tzrtim, I'll be sure to post about them as they pop up on the weekly Invision Insight. Thanks for your input. 🙂
  6. Hi @JordanB, It sucks to see you go! I have created a ticket for you. Our team will be in touch shortly via email.
  7. Great! Let us know how you go once everything is up and running on the new host.
  8. Are you still using the same version (2.x) of Invision Community at the new host or are you importing everything to a newer/latest version (4.7.7)? My advice would be to bring everything over as is, and then perform an upgrade of Invision Community if that is your intention. Be sure to create a backup though in case things go pear-shaped. We do not provide support for server-side issues so I can only provide limited assistance, but others in the community are free to lend their hand. If you are unsure on things, I would recommend getting in touch with your new host to see if they can help you bring things over with as little issues as possible.
  9. Did you follow all of the steps that were provided on the last post in the topic?
  10. In your Client Area? You should be able to amend the URL after you have moved the community over to the new host. Have a read through this guide to give you a better understanding on the finer details. Yes, and the URL in the `conf_global.php` file if that is changing too.
  11. Appreciate the plug, but Spacious ACP includes many more things than just a patch notification.
  12. Hi @eliteone, This was actually brought up recently and I believe has been answered quite well in another topic. If you still have issues after following these steps though, please let us know.
  13. Hi @devvLove, Whilst this is a public forum, it is the central place to get any support for Invision Community. We have incorporated the peer support concept which means our knowledgeable community can also assist where they can if they happen to beat us to the topic. We also have the ability to escalate issues to other teams via a ticket, so you are not receiving any less support than before. 😉
  14. You can post your suggestion in the Feature Suggestions forum.
  15. Hi @sound, Thanks for your input! I will definitely be including them in topics such as the Invision Insight, the only thing is they're separate topics so you would have to follow each one individually which may not be ideal as you would already be checking the forum for a new topic and that kind of defeats the purpose. You can follow me too, but that may send you notifications of things you may not be too interested in. 😅
  16. Hi @MacrossWorld, Please don't hesitate to let us know how you go and if the issue persists.
  17. Thanks for circling back and letting us know. Hoping everything works flawlessly for you in the future, if not, you know where to find us. 😉
  18. There are no plans to add a notification to the AdminCP for patches. I am just starting the discussion to see how many people are in the same boat and would like to see a notification like this added. Thanks for chiming in. If there are others also keen to see this, please let us know.
  19. Thank you, @Luuuk. I've already got this noted down but I will make sure to add that someone from the community has suggested it as a possible improvement.
  20. Welcome to this week's Invision Insight! I'm keeping things short and sweet this week! The majority of our work has been on getting Live Topics closer to a beta release. We are very excited about this feature and can't wait to share it with you! If you haven't done so already, please check out our sneak peek. Patches I have noticed some discussions lately regarding patches, and in some instances, they may be missed by community managers. Not all patches seem to be a critical issue or security risk, but it is definitely ideal to action the patch to ensure your community continues running smoothly. There are no notifications for patches at the moment, however any available patches can be found just under your version number in your AdminCP. Let us know if you have some ideas on how we can improve this. Upcoming Event Our next event will be the March 2023 Release Chat, scheduled to commence on the 1st of March. We will be discussing everything about this release so please let set a reminder and get your questions ready! Changelog Here's what the dev team have been working on over the last seven days: See you in the community and next week right here for another Invision Insight! I look forward to hearing from you all! Thank you everyone! 🦘
  21. Hi @AlexJ, Enhanced UX Highly customisable and extensible New data model Modern Taken from their website on the link below if you want to read more into it. What is different about CKEditor 5 compared to CKEditor 4? – CKEditor Ecosystem Help Center
  22. Hi @NZyan, Live Topics will be a feature available to clients on our Cloud platform only.
  23. Hi @evolys, We are sorry you feel this way and don't want to see you leave. We can definitely sort things out so you are using the self-hosted plan. There are two types of product suites we offer, one on Cloud and the other a self-hosted plan. Depending on which one you select would depend on the one you purchase of course. If you purchased via this page, you would have opted for our Cloud plan. However, if you purchased our products through this page, you should have received the self-hosted plan which allows you to download and upload Invision Community to your own servers/host. I can see you are already in touch with one of my colleagues so please use your ticket for further communication to keep things centralised.
