  1. Thanks for your feedback and I appreciate the concern, but I assure you that all new plugins and updates to existing plugins are treated seriously and not just quickly had a single look-over and irresponsibly approved. I highlighted this one to the rest of the team and received a quick reply as stated above. I will definitely try and find out whether something can be done to make the process more streamline to prevent unnecessary delays and for future updates to be approved more promptly.
  2. Thanks @Randy Calvert. If you encounter any further issues please don't hesitate to reach out, @Valerie Huard.
  3. I'm glad this issue has been resolved. Thanks Randy for assisting.
  4. I'm so sorry everyone! I was trying to get through some older content yesterday so didn't mean to alarm anyone. The majority of topics and posts in the moderation queue are from some time ago but I am now on the tail end of it so you shouldn't be receiving many more notifications. Well thank you very much, I really appreciate it! Thank you very much and apologies for the slight heart murmur, haha. The team have been amazing and those that I have spoken to already come across like I've known them for years. It's good to be here!
  5. Hi @Revelt, I apologise in advance on behalf of the IPS team for the delay in not only approving your queued topic, but to give you an answer to your question. If you are planning on purchasing a self-hosted plan, then you can only run one live installation under that licence. You are permitted to have a single test installation as well, however it cannot be run as an independent and/or active forum. In addition, IPS allows for an unlimited number of installations on "localhost" domains so you can test locally without restriction, but again, they cannot be live communities. I hope this helped answer your questions.
  6. Hi @qpplesqu, I sincerely apologise on behalf of the team for missing your topic! It was stuck in the realms of the moderation queue which I have now approved. I will endeavour to assist you where possible, however let it be known that you weren't the only person that has been missed. I have sent you a private message to address any questions you have regarding our products as well. I will see if I can get an answer on the questions you have as soon as possible, however I do hope that someone from the community can come through with a solution beforehand. If there is anything else I can assist you with please don't hesitate to reach out.
  7. Hi @daronhudson, I sincerely apologise on behalf of the team for missing your topic! It was stuck in the realms of the moderation queue which I have now approved. I will endeavour to assist you where possible. I have sent you a private message to address any questions you have regarding our products as well. Unfortunately, LiteSpeed is not supported by IPS. I do hope that someone from the community can assist you with this specific question and please feel free to perform some searches of the Invision Community forum in case it has been discussed before. If there is anything else I can assist you with please don't hesitate to reach out.
  8. Hi @sadams101, I hope the above has given you some alternatives to what you are trying to achieve.
  9. Hi @Photo Club Paris, Glad to see this issue has been resolved. I would also like to confirm that PHP 8 and PHP 8.1 are currently supported.
  10. Hi @Mikeiw3001, I'm glad the issue has been resolved. Feel free to let us know if this is not the case though. If it's as simple as going back to the top of any page in your community, I simply use the 'Home' and 'End' buttons on my keyboard. It might cost an extra click depending on what you're doing but can prevent issues like plugins not being updated and/or risk being disabled in the future.
  11. Please note that this plugin is a third party one created by a member of the community, and not an additional charge from IPS.
  12. The update also removed ability to show member birthdays on the Calendar/Events app. If you really want this feature for your community again, there is a plugin available in the Marketplace.
  13. Hi @savannahjan50, The most recent release, IPS Community Suite 4.7.3, has introduced a key change to the Calendar app (which is now known as the Events app). You can read more about the change in the blog entry and webinar below.
  14. Hi @Fausto, The most recent release, IPS Community Suite 4.7.3, has removed the ability to show member birthdays on the Calendar/Events app. Check out the blog entry and webinar above to get an overview of the new Events application in practice. It will hopefully give you another way to engage with your community. If you really want this feature, there is a plugin available in the Marketplace.
