Is there any news? My clients always contact me to tell me that the button to change author has disappeared...

I have 12 customized themes, and none of them are showing the [Change Author] button.
However, as mentioned in my previous post, it shows and works fine with the IPS Default one.

Yeah, quite honestly I'm beginning to wonder what's going on with this.  @TheJackal84, do you have an update from either you or IPS as to when the 4.5.x revision of this is coming?

It's been like two weeks since the developer said he had submitted the update to IPS. I've not received any notification. Does it take so long?
I've received notifications of a few other plugins and it took like 3-4 days. This one has already taken 2 weeks as of today

Not yet. I check almost every day and it still says 4.4. It's taking a lot of time to be processed

New theme settings in IPS4 are impressive while customizing the default theme. But In addition to background-colors, text-colors and logos I would like to have Fonts Web Services like Google Fonts integrated into theme settings. So that for basic user it easy to pick and change the font family from Fonts Web Service as well throughout the Suit just like text-colors and background-colors.

1. Categories should be allowed to add a Grid Card Image.
2. If a category has a Grid card image then it should suppress the images for the child forums card.

We do post minimum recommendations for MySQL and PHP.
For the "Dynamic" row format, we would recommend moving all tables to this format. But it's not a requirement, and if you aren't having issues you do not necessarily need to make any changes.
The note about future versions supporting certain things is a generic message just to indicate why we make recommendations.

This is really what it comes down to. As the backend evolves, sometimes changes like this become warranted, even if not necessary (which is why this is a recommendation and not a requirement in the checking tools). Just like MyISAM storage engine was the preferred engine for years, but not we strongly recommend InnoDB for just about everyone.

Run this in PHPMYADMIN to identify the tables:
SELECT table_name, table_schema, ROW_FORMAT FROM information_schema.tables WHERE engine = 'InnoDB' AND TABLE_SCHEMA = '<YOUR DATABASE NAME>' AND ROW_FORMAT = 'COMPACT'

Certain older registrations may not be cleared in some cases, specifically if they've ever visited (or rather, have a last_visit timestamp on the account set). We intentionally do not clear abandoned registrations if the account has ever been flagged as "used".

Folks - great developer - I asked for a feature - within 24 hours they have sent me a version to test and it seems to work flawlessly - great support ... Really impressed.

It will have an option 'Number of page views'. Eg if using 5, the popup will be shown every 5 page views. if +5, the popup will be shown once after 5 page views 

There is permission setting to view popup for member's groups. You can set the popup only shows with guest. But it works with time, not pageviews. You can set the popup shows after X seconds for guest to encourage them to register. Or creating a popup for members to announce, advertise something... 

 
 
No, it can not get contents from blocks, you need to use HTML.
