    You can look at your configuration by going to ACP -> System -> Email Settings. However, the password will be a password input type so will not be viewable. You can also check the error by going to ACP -> System -> Email Settings -> Email Error log.

    Sounds like something is off with your URL rewrites. You will want to undo any custom FURL and also remove any customizations from your .htaccess. (You can download a fresh .htaccess by going to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization)

    I would advise restoring your database to a previous backup if any changes you made manually are causing errors. We do not support or recommend manual database changes.

    I would recommend doing a full database restoration as partial restorations can create further complications and issues plus are outside our scope of support.

    Are you utilizing mod_security or any other security system which may be blocking the external image request from your server to the external source?

    This would be on your advertisement itself, not the global setting. So go to ACP -> System -> Advertisements -> edit your advertisement.

    Have you tried removing and re-adding Authy to your account? I am seeing a "User not found in application" which makes me wonder if the account got disassociated between your community and Authy. If that does not work, I will need to escalate this to a ticket.

    I'm afraid, there would not be a way to undo all notifications for emails, the user would need to remove those. However, you can change it so that moving forward this won't happen by changing your notification settings in ACP -> Members -> Notifications. You then would want to click "Reset members to default preferences" button. You would not want to disable emails completely if your community is still operating, there are things like password reset emails, etc... which go out by email.

    Unless you are in a region block by Amazon Web Services, we do not block web servers.

    That would indicate it’s not compatible with the latest release and therefore needs to be updated to do so.

    Please contact the author of the third party application for any issues within their application. You may also wish to switch to an unmodified language pack.

    Sorry, I am not quite sure I understand what you mean. Our latest software, 4.7.5, is only compatible with PHP 8.0 and 8.1.

    However, those hundreds of thousands of abbreviations were not impacted by this one-time issue that was only in 4.7.5 for a brief period of time or we need an example to determine why these are the way they are.

    Could you please clarify and provide examples of the impact? It should be extremely minimal as it only impacted 1 short release.

Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.

    Your maintenance tasks are not running due to too low of traffic. You would want to enable CRON if you do not have a lot of traffic and wish for these tasks to execute in the background.

    I'm afraid, we would not provide the service Terabyte is stating there. Both Marc and myself are Invision technicians here and we are instructing you how to get the process done. However, part of being self-hosted is that you would self-manage these troubleshooting scenarios, we would not create files on your hosting for you. If you have any questions on how to create a PHP file on your hosting, you would need to as your hosting provider. If there are any questions about what we are instructing you to do here, we would need to know. This would be created in your installation folder.

    What is the type of file which you are uploading? If it is an image or something which requires processing, this could be an issue of resources available.
