  1. Sorry, customizations are outside our scope of support. Please create a topic in the developer forum and someone can answer your question.
  2. Only the display name and/or email can currently be used as login for our software. Anything else would require customization.
  3. Do you receive any errors in your browser console? (press F12 -> console on most browsers)
  4. I'm afraid, this is currently not a setting in the software. However, you're more than welcome to suggest it in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  5. Could you please provide an example of a topic and activity stream URL? We can then investigate. Unfortunately, on my end, this isn't something I was able to reproduce.
  6. Do you have steps to reproducing this? Unfortunately, I am having issues reproducing it or am not fully understanding. Have you tried both of these with beta 3? I am unable to reproduce this here either.
  7. Looks like you have used your own reCAPTCHA 2 key and tied it to your URL. You will need to update that in order to use it on your new URL.
  8. The good news is on our Cloud, we handle all technical items for you. You just need to run your community 🙂 . If that sounds of interest to you, we can get you in touch with our sales team to figure out more.
  9. That is commented out line as given in Nathan's example. You can open that file it is referencing and see it exactly.
  10. The trace there is not showing requests out to our website, it is showing snippets of the file being called. All our files have commented at the top our company name, URL, etc...
  11. You can check if you disabled search in ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> check permissions on Search. That is the only way via the software itself to remove it and disable access to search. If you removed it via your theme, however, this would be on yourself to resolve as customizations are outside our scope of support.
  12. However you wish to get your members to the search page is up to you but that search page would be the way to search for members via the software 🙂 .
  13. There is not a topic-level ban in the software. A third party addon would be required.
  14. Search -> Member Search:
  15. You would need to contact Google for assistance and/or read the policy there as it looks like you may have violated that.
  16. conf_global.php is in the root of your Invision Community installation on your file server. You can use an FTP program (Filezilla is one) and modify it that way.
  17. The reason why "Not Secure" is showing is due to your website is being ran over HTTP and not encrypted. To get rid of that warning in the browser, you will need to use HTTPS. To use HTTPS on your domain, you need an SSL certificate for the domain (that SSL certificate basically says "this domain is securing you data correctly to the browser"). Your hosting provider should be able to provide you both these things, you will just need to contact them. Once they set that up, you can follow the instructions here to tell our software to run over HTTPS:
  18. Just as a pre-requisite to what Afrodude said, you will also need to ensure your hosting provider has setup your server for HTTPS and you have an SSL certificate.
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. You would simply change the activity option to Forum -> Topic or Post to see posts. You would not see the image, however.
  21. You would need to log in again but yes. Chrome's incognito mode functions like a normal browser, just it removes your extensions, cache, cookies, etc...
  22. This would be correct. You could also use search to do this.
  23. There is not an unpublish date at this time to schedule these items. I'm afraid, this is not possible at this time either.
  24. Chrome extensions are plugins so I would suggest trying in incognito to see if it has the same effect.
  25. No, you would want to follow the instructions in my reply. Messages are not secure or efficient for our global team but our Client Area is. You would want to go to the Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your purchase -> Review/Update Access Information.
