  1. This is the same as any other area in respect of hidden items. Seeing hidden items is a moderator function. The only exception to this is the hiding of older versions if the permission allows
  2. You would need customisation in order to remove those items, as they are part of the makeup of the club section, rather than editable blocks
  3. There is no way in which to disable those at present unfortunately. You would require modification in order to achieve this

  5. At present, the URL on file is not resolving. Have you since changed URL? Note, while I can take a quick look to see if there is anything obvious causing the issues there, we are unable to assist further than that until you can upgrade
  6. Once you have updated to the latest release, we can take a look at that for you to confirm. if it's the "redurect to community" button, then it is indeed sending the users to the community. The login part of things however doesnt sound to be correct. For that you need to upgrade before we can look
  7. That doesnt sound like correct behaviour from what you are describing. Before we do anything else, please update your site to the latest release of the platform and test again. If you are still having the same issue, please ensure all access details are up to date on file

  10. As mentioned in the response to your ticket, fff the problem is persisting, it can only be because the password being used is incorrect. Please reset your password using the lost password form at /lostpassword/ on your site, then try again. Make sure you are entering your site password (details for your own site including front end) and not your client area password (the details you use to log into our billing area for example)
  11. Please could you check mod_security on your server (or securi if you have that running) and check their logs at the time this happens?
  12. External blocks from your site are a good example of this. You can place things like latest topics on your squarespace site (or any other site for that matter) using the pages application. As mentioned by my colleague, we would need more information as to what exactly you want to be able to do
  13. I can check to see if I can see any errors while its being saved if you would like me to do that? You would need to update your access details on file if you want us to check that, as they are currently incorrect

  15. No problem. Of course also make sure the path mentioned by Matt above is writable if you are caching templates to disk again
  16. Please check it again now. I have disabled all your plugins and enabled them again which will have cleared cache there
  17. That would indicate an issue with the image itself. Please could you zip the image (so that I get the image actually being uploaded before processing), and upload it here.
  18. We would need some example links in that case. They should redirect as long as the converters are still present
  19. Also check any constants.php file and ensure there isnt a path from your old server present
