  2. The software will indeed show a player on the software. That was changed some time ago. There would be no way to download unless the operating system (the mobile) has the functionality for this

  14. Glad to hear you found a solution to the problem there. I can see why this may well be the case. Its very likely you hit something in earlier upgrade steps which isnt supported by 8.0 as the upgrade was from what is now quite an older version of the platform. Its always safer to upgrade as the software is released if you can
  15. The issue here it seems is that your phone is stripping the EXIF data. This being the case, there isnt anything at all that the software can do to correct this issue. The setting for this is in System>Overview>Files>Image settings when using ImageMagick

  19. I will mark this one solved, as this one was certainly related to the language pack they were set on. We can continue conversation on the other topic about 3rd party items if needed
  20. That screen would indicate there is an issue with your server somewhere. You would need to check your server error logs on that. I cannot tell you more than that from that screen, as cloudflare provides a catch all error of 520. With regards IP address, we can only show what your server shows. Its very likely cloudflare is masking the IPs by proxying them. You can bypass this by switching on this setting - "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" , which can be found here System>Settings>Advanced Configuration
  21. Its actually a full release, so you should not test on the latest release of the platform. There are no known issues with that on the latest release Please of course let us know either way

  23. Please disable cloudflare and then test again. I suspect this is what is causing you issues
  24. I will take a look. Completely understand what you are saying there, but Im unable to replicate here, so need to check what the difference is for you.
