    The manual part we are aware of an was resolved. It seems you were caught before it was resolved. As mentioned above, the part with it hanging on needing to complete an update sounds like a cache issue on the browser. Either way, glad to see you got it through

    You need to edit your theme in order to remove that. Its on the logos tab of your theme, rather than in the icons and logos section. The size of the image doesnt really matter. It will resize as needed on a default unaltered theme

    This is very likely what is causing your issues. You need to ensure you are running stock unaltered files

    You would need to go to System>Site Features>Applications and disable it there, then test

    Ah I see. It would not change until they do something on the site. It would work immediately if they post, but not immediately when you change a rule. Once they do another action they would be promoted

    It would be various. IPS is actually the namespace. Please upload all files and folders, then any that are missing would be readded

    We cannot advise on database changes unfortunately. It should do, but without testing of items we cannot advise how to do this
