  1. To be fair, until it killed people last night we didnt even know it was an issue. We are looking to see if its something we can determine here. Havent seen any reports on cpanels end, but we can let you know what we find.
  2. Thank you for that info. It may well be those themes. The only suggestion I can make is remove those and see if you have the same issue, and check for updates on any of them to see if there are updated versions
  3. Not really sure on what to suggest in that scenario. You would need to contact your hosting company to see what error is being thrown when you are running php8
  4. There have been a few instances today whereby there has been an update ti WHM and its broken PHP 8. In particular the zlib library. Please check that first of all, as its very likely if you are on a cpanel server, that is causing the problem
  5. Thank you for letting us know. It just sounded similar to a few other clients who have had the very same issue last night when WHM updated php 8
  6. I very much suspect there has been an update on WHM that has broken things. Ive seen the same on a server I have here for testing, and several others have had the same issue
  7. The ones I have looked at so far appear to have been prior to upgrading. Do you have any that have happened after that point?
  8. I am not able to replicate this on the latest release unfortunately. Could you let me know who you are logged in as, and let me know the ticket number you assigned? I can then take a look
  9. Ive just seen the same on a server I have here, and it works when zlib is disabled. Are any of you able to confirm?
  10. Could you please provide me with an example user, so I can take a look?
  11. My colleague has responded to you there on your ticket, but for others, this is an issue with the template save disk path not being writable.
  12. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  13. Please could you post this as a suggestion rather than in someones support topic 🙂
  14. Make sure it wasnt 8.1 . We havent released compatibility for that yet, so that may have been your issue
  15. It will not update any templates which are edited
  16. No problem at all. Glad we got the problem sorted for you.
  17. As mentioned above, this has little to do with AWS and more to do with keeping our cloud platform up to date. At some point we do have to stop supporting older versions. If you are running custom items you have had developed, you really should be accounting for the fact that these will have to be kept up to date alongside the platform. It needs to be noted that there have been 12 releases, including one feature release, and even a security related release since 4.5. Whether we were updating our infrastructure or otherwise, you really should be thinking about upgrading.
  18. Are you forcing gzip encoing on your server anywhere? If so, please remove that and test again. This will be either server setup, or could even be cookies, so try clearing those on your device
  19. There isnt any limit on the software end, but there will be on server timeouts. If you have a very large list, it may be worth splitting it into chunks
  20. If there has been planned maintainance on your servers, then you would need to know what that is, and ask your hosting company if that would affect your site. We cannot answer whether that is the cause. Only your hosting company can. It seems its very likely if they have told you they are doing some maintenance
  21. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can get this looked into further for you
  22. This appears to be related to the way in which you have it set up. It would simplify the breadcrumbs if you only have 1 forum, and the system is laying it out on the front end as if you do, which is what is giving you the listing plus subforums. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. Glad you found the issue anyway lol 🙂 We've all been there
