  1. I need the actual file you are using there
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. I believe the user to have been rederring to the URL there, rather than in the views mentioned above there Davy
  4. There is no built in way in which to achieve this. The "Forum" part denotes where you are in your site
  5. At present it looks like you have a stock installation there, without anything else on it. Have you since reinstalled? Looking your current situation, restoring from a full backup really seems to be your only option here. What is happening when you restore? Are you restoring both files and database?

  7. You have stated there "the list" but havent said which list
  8. It looks like this was an issue with cache. I have managed to get your site back online, but you do have modified files, and there are other issues with your installation I have messaged you about that you really need to resolve.
  9. The file you sent me there only has a single entry within it. So it seems there is an issue with your export there
  10. You can log in and pay the invoice once your license has expired, yes. You just need to log in once you return (you can).
  11. Please could you let me know exactly where you are looking at this? the main member list has no time, so its not clear where you are looking
  12. We are unable to extend licenses unfortunately. It will not however cause your site to go offline. You will just loose access to IPS services until you can get that renewed
  13. I have created a ticket for you, and someone will be on contact as soon as possible.
  14. Unfortunately, this is something that is a problem for many Russian consumers at present, and is no something we are able to work around due to sanctions currently in place against the country. Payment processors are simply unable to process Russian transactions
  15. Do you have anything such as mod_security or securi that may be blocking the import? Could you PM me the file you are attempting to use so I can take a look?
  16. Unfortunately, there is little we can really do to assist with this at the present time. Unfortunately, if its an individual targeting you, they will find some way around it no matter what you do, until they get bored and disappear

  18. There would be no way in which to really deal with that other than to block the people themselves. If its someone specific coming back over and over, maybe add moderation for the first few posts. It will of course not stop it being saved, but it may stop them once they release its not getting released
  19. Sorry, could you clarify here, are you deleting items from the database directly?
  20. Spam simply seems to be getting through captcha these days unfortunately, and contact forms is one of the main attack points for spammers. This is one of the reasons we have introduced hcaptcha in our next release, as this appears at present to be more effective
  21. There is no way in which to limit the size of a post at present. What exactly is being added that is making them that size? Do you have all spam protections in place that are provided?
  22. Are you getting errors? How long ago was this done?
  23. We are unable to connect to your sftp with the details provided on file. Please check those and we can then take a look
  24. Click on the customer tab, and you should see it on there
