  1. I believe the answer is 42
  2. LOL I had to read that 3 times. I will get that reported as a bug. Thank you for reporting
  3. Thank you for the confirmation 🙂
  4. Sorry to hear you feel that way. This is certainly not the case. Its been in beta a number of weeks. Its simply thrown up some issues that were neither intended or expected unfortunately. With the reporting of apps that dont exist, thats intentional on the first release as its quite sensitive at present. We are toning that down for the next release. You can safely ignore those.
  5. It seems to be an issue with google struggling to parse the json that has actually been posted there
  6. If you are having issues uninstalling a product by a 3rd party provider, you would need to contact the provider to have them assist you with this.
  7. We would need the name of the user who has the issue also. We can then get this looked at for you
  8. If you do then still have problems, please let us know. You would also need to check your server error logs if you are getting internal server errors. That will tell you where the issue is from. Its very likely your issues is on a 3rd party app somewhere, and that should give you an indication
  9. There is no way in which to do that, as the code for checking doesnt exist until after the 7.4.2 release has gone onto your system.
  10. No problem. I see thats now been sorted by one of our developers for you 🙂
  11. Just to note, this may actually be why you are having problems with the SSO solution you also posted about
  12. I have created a ticket for you on this, as I will need to get details of what you are adding, which is sensitive information. I will be back in touch soon
  13. Please try this again now and let us know if you see the same issue
  14. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  15. That wouldnt be the same in this case, as the user is getting a white page entirely. Yes, that would be something you would need to speak to your VPN provider about really
  16. Things should be good again now with our site. You shouldnt be seeing that now
  17. If you go to support in your admin CP, you will see the optional patch showing in the box in the top left
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. If you are getting a completely blank page, you may also find errors logged on your server error log, that might give an indication as to what is causing your problem there
  20. Please let us know if you have any issues. Please ensure this is reported to the author of course 🙂
  21. There is a difference here between email stats and reactions etc. Email stats dont actually need to be kept, as once they are gone they are gone. Reactions etc however are by very nature attached to the user in question. There is no way in which to switch these off unfortunately. In short, these stats are nothing more than what you can see on the front end of your site anyway.
  22. Sorry for your frustration here. I completely understand this when there are issues you cant get resolved on yoru site and need to move forward with those. Please allow me to explain a little further on the issue of patching individual sites. It's not always possible to resolve an issue with a fix which is created for a newer version of the software. Those fixes have not been tested on the version you are currently using (may actually cause you more harm than good), and may well require the upgrader to do things (for example, changing tables, updating templates, changing javascript) that can't be done by the simple updating of a file. Let me get this into a ticket for you, and we can see if this is something that can indeed be applied to your site directly. Someone will be in contact as soon as they can
  23. I see you have now responded to that message. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
