  1. Glad to hear you got to where you needed there 🙂
  2. There is no facility to achieve this at present within the software. Could you explain further what it is you are trying to achieve?
  3. We can provide only limits support for sites running on environments alternative to apache. If you are getting an internal server error, you need to check your server error log to see what error you are hitting
  4. Have you perhaps considered our cloud platform? I ask as if you are considering a change of hosting anyway, it would save you ever having this kind of situation again
  5. Please see the response above from my colleague https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/464562-social-media-promotion-bug-facebook-parameters-out-of-date/?do=findComment&comment=2882896
  6. Try increasing your memory_limit and then see if it runs. I suspect that is whats causing you the ossues, based on the above. There are other errors there, but those are not related to the invision software
  7. mov will play only one mac in the browser as it's a mac specific format.
  8. Have you disabled all applications, plugins, and switched to a default theme? When you do this, do you receive the same error? Once we know this, we can then proceed
  9. URLs are built to be search engine friendly and human readable. Is there something specific you are having issues with?
  10. Note, the software will use the standard permissions used by your web server. If you need alternative permissions for specific types of files, I can provide you the constants entries to do that, but you would need to know what those permissions need to be from your hosting company. The issue at present is the software cannot read those files
  11. If this is something else you are referring to, please let us know. However if it is that software, then as opentype mentions above, you would need to export it.
  12. They should be readable by the system. This would generally however indicate you dont have the latest files so I would check that before anything else
  13. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  14. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact
  15. Removing the instance would not remove the set URL. You should install in the same location as preivously. If you need to change that location, please let us know
  16. Please check your server error logs to see what is being logged there first of all. You are getting a ehite screen, which would indicate there is an error being thrown. These are usually logged
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. You have no licensed live URLs with that domain. Please could you clarify?
  19. Glad to see you managed to get that resolved. Please ensure you report this to the relevant authors
  20. If the above doesnt work, please let us know and we can take a closer look. However that should indeed correct your issues
  21. Glad to hear thats now working for you 🙂
  22. Sorry you were waiting there. You happened to post at a time where there is a cross over of staff, unfortunately. Glad to see that you managed to get the issue resolved. Support can be up to 72 hours as per SLA. Of course we are usually much much faster than that. Just a matter of timing there. If you had just switched to PHP8 its likely you have 3rd party items that are not compatible with that PHP version yet, or you have not properly checked the requirements when using that version. If you havent checked the latter, you can use the requirement checker here https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/
  23. There has been a patch posted for this. If you go to the support area in your admin CP, you will see "Optional patch" showing in the top left of that page
