  1. As mentioned on the other ticket you have. We would need to know which theme, and we can take a look for you
  2. If you do have an issue once its default, please let us know what the theme is, and update your access details. We can then take a look to see whats going on
  3. just /admin/upgrade/ you would go to. You dont need to download now. You would just download once you are ready
  4. You would need to contact the author of the language packs on this, but it actually looks like you may not be using utf8mb4 on your database. If you go to Support (top right of your admin CP) are you getting any messages relating to this under the mysql section?
  5. I can tag our developers to see if anyone can point you in the right direction, but unfortutely this is not something I would be able to advise on personally.
  6. What you should actually do instead of trying to replicate old BBCode, would be to use a button for this purpose. You can read how to do this here
  7. There are actually various plugins leading to that point by the look of it, so if the videos app does not turn out to be causing the problem, please disable all others
  8. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Those are items which were added by the theme that you installed, so you would need to get an updated version of that specific theme
  11. Before we continue, please could you clarify exactly what you were doing here?
  12. Glad you got the pages themselves working now. Good luck on getting the layout how you want it to look 🙂
  13. Ah, no problem. If it's a 3rd party item of course, let the author know so they can get that resolved
  14. Not that Im aware of myself personally
  15. As with above, have you first of all tested on a default unaltered theme?
  16. Taken a look at this for you, and you have 2 issues Articles The issue here is that you are using a custom database template "Supergrid Record Display" which is causing the page to break. Its likely this is not up to date and needs updating to the latest release of that set of plugins. I have set that to the standard unaltered version for now, just so that the articles load in the meantime. Im not actually seeing the sidebar loading underneith anywhere. Please link me to which page that is on, if you are still seeing that issue
  17. This is incorrect. As mentioned by Nathan above, you can upload manually. So you would Update your server to PHP 8 upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade That you can do at any point In answer to your question, we can only give the "First 2 week of November" as the release date, as it depends on what is found in the beta process. At present we are on beta 2. So we are of course getting closer to a release, but thats all we can give you unfortunately.
  18. Its in CSS you would likely want to change this if you wish to customise how things are shown on your site. As mentioned above, this would be beyon dthe scope of technical support for the prouct. If you are unsure on how to add CSS to make changes, you would need to employ a theme designer to make those changes on your behalf. You would not see unedited CSS by the way. Only custom CSS is shown. So you would generally inspect the item using inspect tools on the browser to see what you wish to target, and then add to custom.css whatever rules you need
  19. Renaming the topic as you wish, or reverting to a backup, would be your only 2 options there
  20. The short answer to the question there, is there is no difference in any way to the code being used. The only change there is from 7.4 to 8 on your PHP configuration. We dont have separate code that is run depending on the PHP version
  21. Where is it you are seeing this on the site? Also could you please check this on a default unaltered theme, and ensure all 3rd party items are disabled?
  22. There seems to be some confusion here. A support request is exactly what you have submitted here. Its simply now done in another location. The support hasnt reduced in any way 🙂 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
