  3. While you can use a Spanish language pack in order to change the localisation of the software, the rest you will have issues with. It will detect language based on the browser language, you cannot base permissions on that, so would not be able to do different forums for different languages and have them automatically hide based on user. Same goes for the theme. In addition to this, the URL side of things is something you would need 2 licenses for in any case, as your licenses are per URL.
  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   6. You had added a custom furl there, which was causing you issues. This has been reverted for you
  7. Before we continue, have you reverted any custom furls you have on there? Also, have you disabled any 3rd party items you have running?
  8. At present your only option if you cannot gain support from the original developer, would be to gain assistance from another 3rd party who may be able to assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with 3rd party items
  9. The first questino that needs to be answered here is why? As mentioned above, there are very very few circumstances where this would be advisable, and that is only generally when there is an install that is not recoverable in any other way, and advised by ourselves to do so

  11. Have you since resolved this? You appear to have marked as solved, but also said your site has issues with no 3rd party items switched on
  12. We have never done it this way. We have only ever had the latest release available for download, as we do not want for people to be installing versions known to have bugs, and it means people then doing things like adding security flaws to their site intentionally. As mentioned above, in this example, PHP itself is no longer providing security fixes after this month for any PHP 7 version. So for this very reason, we would indeed push PHP 8.
  13. You would ned to contact your hosting company if you are unsure on this, as they will have set up the way your cron jobs run
  14. Could you let me know which database and an example item? Also the 2 field names. I need to take a look to determine if this is a bug or issue with your custom templates

  16. Yes, if you submit more items they would be in a queue. Funds would be paid out to credit on your marketplace account
  17. There was some issues with the license server yesterday, which may have meant your license was showing as an issue .This would in turn mean the spam service wasnt working at that time, but should be working again now
  18. You would need to contact the author of your language pack for an updated version in this case. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with custom language packs, and even taking a quick look, it seems its quite out of date there

  20. This may well just have been time to populate this. Try again, and if this is still not working, give it 10 mins and try again as they may take a little time
