I would like to see this become based on x number of page views - that way guests can read x number of pages before they get the popup and it can keep appearing every x number of pages until they register. That would be a real benefit. Could this functionality be added @onlyME

Is there an option to make the verification time limited? So the verification expires after 1 year or 3 years etc and the member reverts back to original group and then must complete the verification process again to ensure they still meet the criteria?
We have members that are members of a particular company and we get them to send us their company ID however we want this to be limited to re-verifying every 3 years to ensure that people who leave the company no longer have access.

This is not possible unless you can work the manual process to fit your needs
 
This is coming in the next version where a validation period up to any value you specify can be configured, including one time verification that never expires.

I may have mentioned this before, but the ability to search for clubs would be very handy!

This application and Inactive Members are going to support a brand-new app, which is going to be shipped as free with application forms and inactive members (and it will also be released as separate app, but that shouldn't matter for all clients of application forms and inactive members )  .
This will allow people, to set up further rules, which will "remove the additional groups" which people got by the application or inactive members app ?

Yes, Extra Fields. That’s why they’re there. 
You can set one, dozens, hundreds fields. Better than I add what I think it’s good.

so i need to find a site where the collabs work and are also fully integrated into the rest of the site somehow.
Times moved on with this app so Im hoping that all the little bugs etc have been ironed out by now.   I do have a plan to use the app now whereas early days even thought I though it a great idea I couldnt think how my site might benefit from different groups. 

We lost activity quite significantly because at the time it was just missing integration with the site fully particuarly in our mobile BYO tapatalk app which meant that unless using the full site people were not seeing the content. 
Its a real shame because personally I love the app and think it as loads of plus points but every community is different and ours struggled despite giving it 12 months to try to convert people. 

right, that's because of the fixed header, i dont think this causes so much mess  but I will definitely try to find a solution in next update

When you click on a link to go to the first unread post the unread post line (anchor point on the page) is at the top of the page but that is behind the floating menu bar which means that the first line of the post is hidden behind the menu as shown in the first screenshot so you have to scroll back up to read it. 
Can it be adjusted to accommodate the floating menu bar properly and make it so when you click to go to first unread post that the bottom of the menu bar is used as the anchor point and the whole post is visible without having to scroll back up to start reading as shown in the second screen shot.

All the levels are there and work together allowing for you to assign appropriate awards to them and if you like change the level of contribution. 100 contributions award is under the "Check Content Of Member" rule.

Yes they are valid only they are visible to me and the staff as they are unapproved. It normally takes a few days for submissions to be accepted by the moderation team at the marketplace.
