I don't think that re-directing to social sites is that bad (Especially in a new window lol), I personally don't class social sites as rivals etc as they are too big in names, Most sites probably won't benefit themselves with this plugin but it will make their members happy as it can get them more attention on the social sites (which not being rude most people love social follows and likes etc for some reason), And happy members come back, But then that could count as a benefit for the site lol

so I take it this issue isn't addressed at all in the upcoming 4.2?

I like it but I would only want to see this much detail on the user profile. It's not clear to me if this is showing on each post or just in the user profile?

I could probably do that but I will need to check it with the cover photo, If you are not using the cover photo then add this to your custom.css for now and I will look into adding it to the settings properly for the next update

4.2 default widgets style vs Spacious ACP. I shrink up the header. Also, these two widgets are modified. The improved admins online (which really should be renamed Admins logged into the ACP) and the IPS news widget with much better spacing.
    

I purchased this because of all the updates you have been doing. A couple of things I have noticed.
First off this add-on no longer makes the topic starter add-on work. Is there anyway just to say have when not using the online pip instead of the glow feature just to have a standard color, like the example below?
Plus a spot to put the hex # color in the box to set the Online/Offline color. It would keep everything clean and inline. Or just a spot do disable that "glow" feature?
    3. I also noticed that the Last activity sometimes gets broke depending on the day.

    4. Also I noticed this add-on shrunk down my users avatars. Is there anyway to make it so it does not overwrite these settings?
It's a great addon and keep up all the updates and changes.

This mod allows your contributors to downloads who contribute PAID files the ability the manually generate an invoice for a user. This gives your contributors the ability to have more control over their business on your site. for example,
your contributors can offer 1 free download to anyone who makes the most posts in a specific thread. or they can offer a free download as a customer service measure to make one of your customers happy. They can also BETTER see who downloaded their files and how many times. (this works better than built in system) Really, it will be the best $10 you spend all week. TRY IT!!
 
This mod SAVED MY A$$: As many of you know I was recently hacked. I had to go to a backup made several days prior to the hacking. What about customers who purchased after the backup? Do they have to re-buy the video?    It's easy enough to have contributors re-upload the files but without this mod there would have been no way for contributors to manually add purchases for customers who already paid. I would have to do all of it myself in the ACP.

I tried version 1... it was the one with the above problem.   Version 2 was the one that won't install / upgrade at all. 

My personal solutions:
Must be a limit (or don't log) when a user try to download more x times same file on y days, to improve bandwidth and avoid this behaviour (cheat to win in downloads of the week) New block (if it is not exist) where count buyers not downloads Rework the queries and add group by member_id or ip if member_id is null...

I actually have the same problem on my site. Or did at one point. I had a member download his file over and over 77 times running up my bandwidth. He did it numerous times. I finally put an end to it by posting on my guidelines that anyone caught downloading files over and over will be banned. 
I can see uploading a file then testing it to make sure it works. Or even checking your file later on and making sure it works. 
I wish IPS or a developer would create something that would stop it. That way I don't have to continually monitor the issue. 

I think a happier medium would be to count how many people downloaded that specific version. Because a new version download should be counted as a a new download (as that indicates an active license especially for purchases with renewals). I think that would be a fairest way to prevent that sort of stuff.

My custom made app (thanks fiverr) uses Google Firebase for push notifications to both Android and Apple apps that i've had developed.  I can manually send a push notification, but it would be good if a developer made one that interfaced with it for IPS.  I'd pay for the app even
