    1.  Wine makes everything better, so pour yourself another glass.
    2.  You can allow club content (eg. club topics) to appear in the primary application (eg. forum), so your empty-ish site won't be as empty.

Well 12 pages of reading about clubs wasn't bad for an hour LOL.. I've got a rather empty (ish) forum anyway so maybe I'd just have some empty clubs hmmm...
OR maybe I could ask a couple of people to come along and do all the self promoting they wanted in a club... ie add all their Youtube vids as club content?  Then again they probably wouldn't want all the extra work when they are already running a FB group or page and they might think why bother moderating another club ( on an empty (ISH) site) ?
Poor me eh?  How can I win?  Need to get my thinking cap on. At least I can say I'll promote all your club posts out onto social networks cant I?  They haven't got that much to lose I guess have they?  My site/and the club gets some content added and who knows millions of people might come over???
What came first the chicken or the egg? Build site up first then add clubs or add some clubs and THEY WILL COME!!!
Such are the dilemmas of life eh?
    Glass of wine needed...

We have some impressive talents in the group.
    1.  I nominate that we use @Daniel F street art as the new default profile and blog headers.
    2.  Nominating @opentype for Eurovision Winner 2018.
    3.  We need to have a Guitar Hero Rockstar competition between @Ryan Ashbrook and @Adriano Faria

For all of the fans who love clubs, here are some behind-the-scenes peek of Clubs in 4.3:

The new club index, featuring a world map of club locations.  I'm using the new "List View," which is great for a large number of clubs.  Notice how the STEM Club is "Read Only," which is the new type of club in 4.3.

Club Home features a standard "About" widget for basic information on the club, Activity Stream of all recent items, and map.  The club block in the sidebar is optional depending upon your ACP club settings.

Club Blogs featuring the new grid view and featured photos.

Club Files with a list of files like the normal IP.Downloads.  My first file "HD Kite Wallpapers" is actually linked to URLs for both the files and screenshots, which is an existing feature of IP.Downloads.

Club Images shows 2 albums.  You can upload images without assigning to albums too.  These albums can be linked into your Club's Calendar Event or Club Blog Entry for cross-integration.

Club settings showing the new Paid settings.  It costs $100 to enter my club with renewal fees of $100 every 365 days.  Kites are expensive.

This is already possible in 4.2 and will continue to be possible in 4.3.  You don't really need to fill in any image details during the upload process (unless you want to).

Could you clarify this? There are no new form field types in 4.3.

Literally everything on this page is built via extensions ( 4.3 will have 2 new extension types which are used to build the ACP member profile)
@Mark did an amazing job here.

Screenshots that walk you through creating a video album in 4.3 Gallery:

First step is to create a new album and upload my videos.  The uploading is quite snappy.  The storage step (which is not shown) took about 2 seconds, which is super fast for 4 files / 35 MB.

Allowed file types in default 4.3 installation.  You still control upload limits, file types, etc in group permissions as before.

Lightbox view of video.  Same as an image.  The sidebar will be pushed to the bottom in a vertical layout when using mobile.

Gallery album of videos.  This album contains 5 video uploads with screenshots, video titles, etc.

Video album on category index.  You can click on any video to open lightbox and directly play.

There's no longer a harcoded max although it will probably depend upon your server.  I've tested up to 150 images on 4.3 Dev and it works fine, and tonight I plan on testing 500 or 1000 images.

    1. Storage of copies -- will that be a retroactive process to existing images or can we run the rebuild tool?
    2. How do we batch apply tags? I didnt see anything in the screenshots.

    1. Saved filters: those filters are saved and usable by all Admins?
    2. Top income: showing a pie chart or other relative comparison isnt very useful.  You're comparing your top spenders against each other (instead of comparing your top spenders to total income).  Is there like a grid view that shows how much they've spent in absolute terms?
For example, showing Daniel and Brandon as 55% / 45% top spenders relative to each other isn't very useful.  But showing Daniel and Brandon as having 38% / 31% of my total income is powerful, because it shows that these two users make up the vast majority of my income (70% combined) and I need to please them versus the other 100 customers who send in crappy support tickets and complain about everything.  (Whoops!  I mean, those self-hosted clients are important too!)
    3. Tag graphs: what about open systems with hundreds of tags? Your picture looks nice with 5 tags, but ... What about 500 tags?
    4. I really like the suggestion about emailed reports.

An option to export as PDF and schedule e-mailed reports via PDF (weekly/monthly reports) to selected email addresses could be a very useful extension to this!

I'm the owner of a very big gallery, with more than 500k photos an thosands of users. Some usefull features that I miss the most are:
    - add hotlink protection to images. If the album is restricted by a specific user group, direct link shouldn't work.
    - add download limit and max. size restriction to specific users. Also it would be cool to allow access to people who also have a certain number of posts in the forum (of corse for those who have the forums suite too).
    - remove the 100 pictures upload.
Another huge features, could be the batch upload from a certain ftp server (maybe set up from admincp). Old platforms such as coppermine have this feature since ages, and it's easier and faster than drag-n-drop thousands of pictures.

Lightbox on desktop view. Image controls and information on lightbox (such as image title, followers, image tools, etc) only appear when you hover over the lightbox area. Otherwise, it's a pure black lightbox. The green message is the "content message", a feature from Invision Community 4.2 for moderators to add highlighted commentary.
