The mobile app falls back into a responsive view with pages that aren’t natively supported. The experience is seamless for the end user.

When it’s ready 🙂.  I’ve implemented geolocation on a few projects so I’m not expecting any roadblocks. Shouldn’t be long especially if we remain under weekend lockdown.

This is a bug. The menu item should have been added automatically. I've fixed this and uploaded a new build of 1.0.2. If you re-download, uninstall and re-install using the new 1.0.2 file this should be fixed for you.

The single feature. It will be automatically activated once 4.5 is available. There isn't a release date announced for 4.5 yet but the latest news is in the blog

Sorry I missed this. I don't currently have a public release date for 1.4. It's coming along nicely but there have been some good suggestions here and I would like to squeeze a few more in.

Hmm interesting. Competitions are only set to running after the task has run and finds competitions with a start time earlier than the current time.

How much earlier could they enter? Perhaps this was a daylight savings change issue.

Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs

You need to set permissions in the scheduler settings too otherwise new competitions will be added with blank permissions.

I’m not aware of an existing 3rd party French translation but the app can be translated the same as official apps. Admin control panel > customisation > languages

Entries already appear in activity streams the same as all content items, topics, gallery images etc. Votes are an additional activity stream setting configured in the admin control panel default activity stream settings. It's a little tucked away in there behind a button.

Phrases are translated the same as the default apps. admin control panel > customization > languages > translate (globe icon). Use the search function to find specific phrases. Voting is automatically stopped at the end of the competition. The competition can run for any period you like it doesn't need to be monthly. There is an automatic weekly and monthly scheduler though.

Voting starts either at the competition open time or if you want to add a delay to allow time for everybody to get their entries in you can do that too.
