To elaborate, the issue happens with ipsSticky UI widget.
I double confirm this issue, it's not related to ad content...
Even for just an image ad, it overlaps any ipsDialog message (Contact Us Dialog for example):

You cannot delete a locked language pack, as that means it's the default one. You would need to edit another language pack and set it to the default. That would then become the locked language pack

Hi Marc, our community was established 22 years ago and is a IPB customer from the early days. Almost two decades ago (19 years) we switched to IPB because we had faith in you guys. And we sticked to you because you had great and fast support.
Because of the sheer loads of data and all the generations of versions we've seen, there are a LOT of issues and we need fast and professional support.

I slowly get a feeling that the old, big boards like us don't get the needed support anymore.
I had priority support before, but it's not available anymore and i can't buy email support because there's no button for it.

WE NEED FAST AND PROFESSIONAL "HANDS ON" SUPPORT and not a debating group what might and might not be the issue here. 

We're talking about two decades of history, nearly 70000 users and way over 5.000.000 posts!

So, to whom can i talk to to get this problems solved?

- ATM You can't.
- I try to add a setting in the 1.2 released soon.
- Languages packs are released by customers, I really don't know if there is an updated german pack.
@Genestoy can you test "send email" fix if I send you a 1.2beta?

I like the idea of this plugin but rather than Delete My Account I would love to see the option to Close my account, this would effectively leave all posts and content attributed to a particular member so it would not show as Guest but mean that the account is locked to further logins with a message saying your account is currently closed, - please click here to request the account be re-opened which would then send it for review by the admins and that request could be approved or denied. 
Probably a separate plugin to this although you may feel it is very similar hence posting it here.

You'll be pleased to know there is now a big improvement in rendering on IE6. It is not perfect and we still don't officially support it (and the experience will not match that of other browsers), but it is a little more presentable for those users still stuck on it.
