  1. Do these still work?

    I tried adding this in the Footer HTML of the Header and Footer section of the theme, but it still shows on my phone.  I'd really like to hide this as it's a chat icon and it's rather intrusive on my phone.

    <div class='ipsResponsive_hidePhone ipsResponsive_hideTablet'>
    <script>stuff here for the chat service</script>
    </div>

    There's no need for a 3rd party app!

    You can add custom HTML code to the end of the </body> tag by adding it to the footer HTML field.

    Could contain: Page, Text, File

    This sounds like a great solution.  That would be maintained with theme updates, correct?

    I don't remember any such existing modification that does this, but it would be a quick one to write.

    Quick for whom?  🙂  It would take me many months to learn how.

    I can think of several options that would be helpful.

    At the beginning and end of head, and at the beginning and end of body.

    If you make it, please leave a link to your site so I can buy it.

  4. Hi,

    Is there an add-on that lets you insert code in a specific location?

    For instance, in this case, I use a chat option that wants the code inserted before the </body> tag.  It's a pain to update 6 different themes, then each time I update the theme, I need to remember to re-inset that code.

    Thanks

    The space is a square. Your image should be also I believe.  It looks like that image is a tall rectangle which does not fit within the dimensions of a square.

    Thanks, I'll add a background to the rectangular image to make it square.  🙂

  6. OK, so I added my first screenshot, a simple pdf png.

    It seems the screenshot needs to be sized first.

    Any idea, aside from trial and error, what size it needs to be?

    The image is cropped.

    Could contain: Text

    That's not a feature in Downloads. It will show this "blank" screenshot if the user didn't upload one.

    Thanks.

    I don't have a million records, I am happy to add a screenshot to each one, but I don't see how.

  8. I have a document download section.  People upload procedures and other forms.  There is an image that's associated with each, but it's always blank.  How do I get it to show the file type of each document?  Let's say a Word, or Excel image or ma maybe a pdf logo.
