    I've used file system majority of the time, always seemed fast to me. I've often wondered if a file system on a ssd drive is better than the other options though which is partly why I've stuck with it.

Chrome latest version Windows 11 (used to happen on 10 too)

    Tried that on the default 4.6 theme with no plugins active, happens on that too.

    I looked at this out of interest and found my latest two topics created 13 and 16 hours ago have not been crawled by google but one from 20 hours ago has. How comes there is such a delay for new topics to be crawled and is that normal?

    I know the reason you've changed it but its all wrong and not user friendly. Since 4.6.8 clicking this link no longer goes to the latest post, but to the start of the topic. That couldn't be any less user friendly, especially for those that use those links to get to the latest post often.

    It would be useful to be able to click on the badges in profiles and see a list of members who have earnt that badge, or at least the manually awarded ones if not all.

    For all those bounced emails, it would be nice to have a setting to make certain accounts have to revalidate their email as the current one is no longer active.

    I wonder if it was related to Mariadb as I suspected it was for years 🤔 but either way this release has been a relief!

    Seriously though what changed? There was nothing in the release notes to suggest it would be improved speed, unless you finally worked out why the admin account was sluggish compared to normal accounts, as that's the issue I've faced for ages until this release. Keep it like this please 😅

    I read this the other week and thought nothing of it, but just upgraded today and its super fast. Great, I just hope it wasn't a mistake and it lasts 😃

    I keep reading comments about self hosted not getting marketplace now, where does it say this that can't be true surely?

    I’ve been asking about that for about five years 😆 @Ryan Ashbrook has a fix but I have to keep reuploading it as it’s never in the official releases for some reason

    Hang on the price has increased for the license and with that we also lose email support? So if my site crashes during an upgrade and I'm stuck, I can't get support as I used to anymore to help get it back despite paying more

    I've been using 10.3 for the last few years and after reading that some improvements for InnoDB were in 10.5 was wondering whether I should upgrade to 10.5 or 10.6. What is suggested? One thing I noticed in the changes was this though

    I've been considering the same, can't even get something as simple as embedding to work. How do those that registered via facebook log in after its been removed?

    Ok thanks I've applied it, but I still have an issue with the facebook app that I need to reply to with something.
