I have managed to change the display within the database templates by using listing and display format. But this is not respected in other areas of the suite. The places where the format is not respected are profile activity list, notifications, title-tag of the record (browser tab). It always displays MM/DD/YYYY. This format is weird for us in Europe (or the rest of the world 😁). We always expect the day before the month. If we see 01/11/2024, we think “oh, it's the 1st of November”. I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
