I've enabled the "Friendly URLs" option for SEO and most of the site is working fine. I have rewrite rules set up in nginx to handle all the various bits.

There seems to be an issue with the arrow icon on quoted text, it doesn't get rendered with the SEO friendly URL, which means it doesn't get caught by any of the rwerite rules I have set up.

Pretty sure this is working as intended. You can see it here on the forum as well.

Do you have an example of this I can take a look at?

This is indeed intentional due to the way in which those links are created on quoting.

Dammit, that makes it really hard for me to construct a redirect to catch them. Can I get it to prepend "/forums/" in any way?

Sorry, customization requests are outside our scope of support. I can move this to our community support forum where you can receive assistance from your peers, if you would like? Alternatively, please post in our official Feature Suggestion forum for any feature request changes.
